I ate in the cafeteria many times. I'm vegetarian, and during the week had multiple choices, including a full salad bar, often a vegetable or cheese pizza though not always, and the option to order a grilled cheese at the grill. Note that on the weekend there are far fewer selections and I had to make do with a very limited salad bar and a waffle maker. But for a non-vegetarian, this is an excellent cafeteria, enough so that I would consider coming here for a quick lunch if you work nearby. I really liked all the slices of pie for dessert and treated myself during a difficult time.

Was there for 2 days and was sent home with blood thinners and pneumonia meds. 3 weeks later I was back to Urgent care with 102 fever only to find out that what they gave me really wasn't the right med for pneumonia. I guess now you need to be your own doctor. Going forward I will Google my med before ever leaving the Dr office. I thought I was in good hands guess I was wrong. I found communication between Drs to be a big problem here.

When I first got here, without explaining anything, stripped me down to nothing and just had me lay there, like a piece of meat, and took my clothes without asking if I want to keep anything and kept staying around my private areas. Then, I have anxiety, and I asked for my medication, Fluoxetine/Prozac, and I never received it. Then they kept trying to swab my private area, and it was completely unnecessary as to why I was here. Also, they kept trying to take my weight and write it on a board for display and I asked that's what you're going to do then you're not getting my weight so I wouldn't let her have it. Also, I had an accident in the bathroom and asked if it could get cleaned up, and that never happened. Lastly, why would a nurse take a blanket off a patient's bed and put it across the room? Is this the kind of sensitivity training you give your people?

Ive been with this medical facility for approximately 3 years and have had numerous MRI'S, X-rays facet joint injections, radio ablation etc. Kathy is the manager who did absolutely NOTHING to arrange for another doctor to take over for INYANG. I will not go back to this facility ever again because the staff hate their jobs and it's very easy to tell. The place is old and dated and the employees match the facilities.

So I went to the closest place for Orthopedics which was Ohio Institute for Orthopedics (OIO) and found out they were closed. In fact, since it was a holiday week, they were closed for the next 6 days (they opened Dec 26)! So I had to wait 6 days (without the ability to walk) to get help. Looking back, I should have gone to Ft. Wayne, IN. They (OIO) opened at 8 am Thursday and I was first in line. Thank God they admitted me and operated on me that day. I was discharged in the evening and the surgeon had already left for the day. I was hoping to talk with him about the procedure, steps forward, physical therapy, dos and don'ts, etc. The nurse assured me the surgeon would call me the next day so he could answer my questions. The next day, I received a call from a nurse who could not answer any of my questions. They just said I had a follow up in 20 days. 20 days?!?! So no physical therapy; no movement, no information for 20 days? Very disappointing!

When I was told that my patient…read morewas being transferred to Kindred Hospital, I was apprehensive; however, my concerns soon vanished when I met Cindy Morris, the respiratory therapist in ICU. She knew exactly what to do for my patient who was suffering from pneumonia. She was very kind, patient, and compassionate. Then along came the ICU nurses: Chris, Shawn, Shannon, Jeanne, Angela H., and Stacey. They were great! The doctors, dietician, wound specialists, Dawn, the rehab tech, aides/techs Dazzman, Peggy, Melissa,and Lavaris all worked together as a team. Angela Moore, the Case Management director, was superior; she was the person I contacted daily; she was never too busy to lend a helping hand.. The maintenance personnel were also excellent and should be recognized for their hard work and dedication. There were several other nurses and respiratory therapists who gave quality care, but they did not work with my patient as much as those mentioned. The highly trained and caring staff at kindred Hospital gives hope to patients who have no hope. Thank God for Kindred Hospital and all the people who work there!

My neurologist was refusing to do more test was laughing at me that other doctors said their were…read moreissues he was saying there wasn't and instead of getting me the help I need to get back to work he just wanted to keep shoving medication down my throat. he said he could do the part of referring mw to the other doctors I need to see for the pain that wasn't his department but then refused to listen to my issues. he wasn't paying attention to what I was telling the check in nurse and lied about things about me that weren't his department. this was all causing major issues in my life. I finally had enough and was tired of waiting for him to do what he gets paid to do so I told him that he contradicted himself and took it out on me lied about me and refused to test or get me the help I needed. I wasnt cussing him out or anything just told him how I felt. then Lima memorial sent me a questionnaire so I told them how I felt. instead of addressing my complaints. the director pf the hospital kicked not only me but my whole family out of Lima memorial. his doctor was in the wrong but I got punished for saying something about it. don't use this hospital or their doctors who also ignore my head injury for 7 months til one of the finally looked at it only to treat me like crap and pretend it wasn't his department later on( same neurologist as listed above). their negligence will hurt you physically, emotional, and mentally and make your life worse. and of course do not tell them your upset with the way you have been treated or not treated because they will kick you out and your family who did nothing wrong. they just want to get as much money out of you as they can without treating you. And yes I got a new neurologist and they questioned why the Lima memorial doctor didn't run more test. They tested and found a pinched nerve in the leg my doctor refused to test for three years! Can't wait to find out what else they find that Lima Memorial refuse to do.
