I just bought a new Sienna here four days ago and had a really good experience in the buying process. Jason was the sales person who worked with me. The thing I liked about him was the respect he gave me from the start. I told him my price and what I wanted and he said "obviously you have done your research. Let's see if we have what you are looking for." After seeing that they did have it in stock, he started looking at the price. They worked with me to get the price down really close to what I wanted and were respectful during the negotiation process. They have me a good price on my trade in too. Signing the paperwork was relatively simple and they clearly went over my financing options I had available. Visited them for service this morning. Very warm and relaxed experience. They conducted my regular service and two recalls in two Visited them again today (09/28/2019). Thought I need a balance and alignment. Had appointment for 8:30AM, but I got there at 8:20. First, the service advisor talked me out of the $60 balance. Toyota had been contacting me to come in and talk about a trade since the FJ's were in such high demand. I knew I did not want to trade into a sedan, which only left 2 SUV's. I made my choice, then TV and I talked about some numbers comfortable for me and we agreed on a simple arrangement. He had the deal approved in 10 minutes and I was on my way out the door in my new 4Runner less than 2 hours after I walked in. Amazing. Will never buy another truck or car from here again! When they was at the small place they made money off of the surrounding area as well when Brantley was still there but now they have crappy attitudes and it's a you can take it or leave it kinda place now. Brett and the sales manager did me in, the sales manager was nasty with a bad attitude ! After hangin up on me I went by the place to talk in person, I took it there for the warranty only and had long stays so the guy just lied as well as the transmission went out before the warranty was up and they wouldn't honor it and I'm stuck with a year left paying it off and can't drive in reverse. I've spent too much at that one place and never again It may be that way for you but the guys that represent you is crap! I know that this is just a yatta,yatta,yatta reply from you but this really has left a bad taste in my family as well as friends that we have sent there to buy from you all. We've been buying from you all since my first car in 1989! And get treated like this is horrible being that I was about to come and get 2 for my college grad's in dec., I'll be happy to take my business to some where else . I am done taking my car here. I've only ever used them for my oil changes, etc. because I bought my car here and in order to have the power train warranty you have to bring in it every 5,000 miles for an oil change, rotate and balance your tires, and for them to take a look at everything. There's no telling how many hours I've spent in the waiting room. It's not worth it. I'm now going on waiting 2.5 hours for them to plug my tire... still waiting. Not coming back. read more

Every year they send out ads with a peel and play promotion. If you end up a winner and call it just says to show up to the dealership. Once there they admit the promotion is a scam. We already knew the objective was to get a chance to try and sell a vehicle but to tell people you've won $1,000 cash and they get there to do a spin and win for bluetooth speakers? I've worked in the casino industry in marketing for five years and our promotion rules were sent to the LA gaming commision and were highly regulated. Looks liks the vehicle industry needs the same because there was a definte lack of rules and regulations listed and I wish someone felt like suing because they have been doing this scam for years. read more

DO NOT go here. I went once for an oil change and not only did they forget to replace something they also did not properly turn off the maintenance required light. When I called to ask if I could bring it back in they assured me nothing was wrong. I took it back and they insisted everything was fine. I instead took my car to Hoover Toyota and they fixed my car up for no extra charge and apologized for the bad service at Limbaugh. Limbaugh Toyota has lost me as a customer. I would not recommend doing business with them. I previously bought three cars from Limbaugh Toyota and was set to buy my fourth car in September of 2015. I also referred two other people who bought cars from my salesmen. My salesman for all purchases was Brett McDanal. I called Brett the first of September and told him I was going to buy a new Camry from him on the 21st of the month. I was waiting to receive my insurance settlement. Brett contacted me before Labor Day and told me they were running a special on 2015 model Camrys and told me the 2015 models may be gone by then, but to come by and leave a deposit and he would hold the car for me. I took off work, came picked out a specific car, agreed on price and left a deposit. I had been in contact with him the two business days prior and called that day to start the paperwork but Brett told me the car was already sold. To put it very simply he lied to me. Upon complaining the dealership, they did offer to find me a similar car, same year and model, but with two pricy upgrades and for $1800 more than my original offer. I went to a different Toyota dealership who was honest with me and I purchased a new Camry. read more

Took over 20 days for body repairs on less than a weeks worth of work. Constant lies from all levels up to the department manager. Limbaugh rep constantly lied about previous conversations and would make promises to me one day and deny the next. The Supervisor and Manager had a go-to answer for this.... "you must have misunderstood" . Challenged manager to pull phone conversations to prove what his people told me and he refused. Piss poor productivity, communication and integrity. read more

Stopped in for an oil change before dropping the car off with a family member. Service was just so-so. Nobody came out to greet me when I pulled in. I had an appointment. The tech tried to pull my name up without asking if I'd been there before, & of course I hadn't. Gave him my DL, & he wrote my name down wrong, so when my car was finished, he called the wrong name & I didn't know it was finished. Instead of coming to find me, he went back to his desk. I finally went up to ask after an hour, and he said he called my name. !!! Anyway, perhaps it was because they didn't think I'd be a repeat customer, but it would have been nice to be treated a little better. read more

I purchased a new Toyota camry from Limbaugh in 2018 and immediately after the purchase I was bombarded with flyers in the mail and emails asking me to trade the new camry in for another vehicle, also I received flyers from Limbaugh saying I won a fantastic prize and all this money if I would come in and spend an hour our so with a sales pitch for trading in the new car I just had purchased a month earlier, only to find out I won a portable speaker the size of a banana, we also have free oil changes and every time they try to sell me all these necessary life or death high price services that I have to have according to them, air and cabin filters that anybody can replace in seconds, both less than 45 dollars they wanted 112 dollars to do. my wife can not even take the vehicle in without being targeted for high pressure sales tactics and unreasonable prices, dealing with Limbaugh Toyota is like dealing with a circus, all they want to do is separate you from your money at any cost, by lying and charging you for anything they can, I called several other Toyota dealers and no one was as expensive as Limbaugh on their services, have you heard the saying that mechanics take advantage of women, well I have the proof, my husband had to go fight with Limbaugh to receive a refund for the overpriced service, stay away from Limbaugh Toyota, they are con men and don't give a damn about their customers. read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I have never dealt with such a large group of incompetent individuals in my life. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after my experience. My father (an insurance adjuster) had to explain to the service guy handling my car (Sidney) how to fill out the insurance papers for a tire/wheel repair over the phone from Maryland. They NEVER called me back/called me at all to update me on my car. I was calling once a day to remind them to send the insurance papers and giving them fax numbers/phone numbers. To change a tire and replace a wheel took over a week. 9 days to be exact. They were the most disrespectful employees I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I asked them to check my other back tire 4 times to see if that what needed replacing while it was in the shop anyways. They never checked and never called. I felt like a very unwelcome customer and was treated extremely poorly. I can truly say that I do not know how this place is still running after dealing with one imbecile (AKA idiot for those reading this at Limbaugh) after the next. I like to thank the people at Limbaugh Toyota in the service center for helping me with my car today. They were very care and helpful to me , I had a problem with my airbag system the light indicator came on . I had went to Hoover Toyota on last year to get my airbag replace because of the recall. And about a day ago my airbag light came on , so i called Hoover Toyota to tell that i was having problem with the passenger airbag . They told me that I would have to paid a diagnosis fee of $49.00, I said what it's the same airbag that was recalled and you telling that i have to pay for it to be diagnosed they said yes it's our policy. So i called my sister and told her and that when she told me to take it to Limbaugh Toyota. So i called Limbaugh and i talk to Service Advisor named Steven . I told him about my problem with my Toyota Corolla and the airbag light and i have take to Hoover to get it replace on last year , but now i was having problem with it and that Hoover Toyota wanted me to paid them to check it out . And when on to tell him that i was on a fix income and only have a limited income and don''t have money to pay to get it check and get it fix also. I told Steven that i was afraid that my airbag would not work if i had accident . And Steven told me to bring it in and they would check it out and tell what was wrong with it and i didn't have to worry about paying for them to check it out. The Lord is good because they check it out and find out that it need to be recalibrated and the cost was 00 now tell me want God do it . I thank God first and Limbaugh Toyota second for the great service in helping me out with my car. read more

I contacted the dealer about a used car I found online. I've been looking for a specific year, make and model, and have found that it is common for this vehicle to have a certain mechanical issue, which I confirmed with the salesman. I was told the issue would be repaired and that the price would be increased to cover that expense. I kept this vehicle in mind, knowing that fixing a mechanical issue does not increase the value of the vehicle, and I continued to search for other options. I was still interested in the car, so I checked back with the salesman and asked if the vehicle was repaired. He said it was not, but a safety inspection had been completed. I replied to his last email asking why the price had still increased if the car hadn't been fixed, and I'm still waiting for a response. This should be a HUGE red flag to anyone looking to buy from this dealer. Double check the cars and do your research!! read more

very unhappy with this auto dealer, 6 hours for our sale, we were the only buyers that day by the way, our suv was sold for far less than it should have been,and the title was signed 2 hours before we were approved.we have a 771 credit rating, i said we go to 5th 3rd bank and recieve 3 % finance, we do not want an extended warranty, we had 1 before and they never stop calling for years, my wife n i are on disability and the finance guy loaded everything he could into our truck payment and went with toyota financing at 6 %, insurance for full value of the tacoma, even tho we told him our policy already has it for 50 $ every 6 months, not 900 $ for 6 years, an extended service contract, extra service contract for engine and transmission, we were so exhausted , and felt so screwed over................we get home and i check out southeast finance, all the items tacked onto our truck payment, were with companies southeast owns, all 3 extras are for the life of the truck, our payoff amount included the 3 extras to be paid up front. the next day we went back and were told sorry, the paperwork was sent out....................this reminds me of the old time sales tactics, keep em there long enough and theyll sign anything.................. read more
