I tell them the same thing: I like knowing when I show up, I actually have a spot and a plan. Being able to schedule an appointment beats rolling the dice with drive-up service and hoping for the best. And I'd be leaving out an important detail if I didn't mention the handheld donuts and coffee--they're a nice touch to help feed the fatty cells and wake up some sleepy eyes. Truth be told, I don't even wander too close to that area anymore... those donuts are just a little too tempting. At the end of the day, I've never had a bad experience here--and when something works this well, I'm not about to "fix" it by going somewhere else.
