The tailor eyed me up and down as though it was my fault and to seemingly intimidate me. No thank you. So, that was a waste of time and I never got my skirt altered as it was too late to try another place in town. Dishonest service is the worst kind of non-service. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately this happened right before our PCS date. They outsource their dry cleaning so my coat could be anywhere. I have received $0 in reimbursement and can't even get the owner/manager to call me back. It wasn't just me because shortly after my incident another customer brought a 44R that was not his either. Aside from this the Marine Shop employees have endless reports of shrinkage caused by them.

He showed me where holes were around AC connections and around my outside faucet and sealed them, in addition to setting baited traps. Because I'm in a townhouse, he wanted to check the spot where my foundation joined my neighbor's (I'm in an end unit). She had been away, and only a few days ago could I speak to her and ask her permission for him to come onto her property. He just today plugged up where he thought there was an opening in the corner between our homes. No other pest control company had ever plugged any holes before, and certainly not on an adjacent property. So far, I have not heard any mice, and I'm very hopeful with today's additional hole plugging that I won't ever again. Rather than signing contracts to have treatments done over and over to try and keep pests out, it makes much more sense to have someone actually try to eliminate your problem. He said he had given them to me several days earlier. When he asked me why I was back. I told him I was there to pick up my charlies. He referenced my cellphone on his computer and saw that he had not given me my charlies. He then asked the seamstress if she had seen them. She said he had given them to me on Monday. In their computer ledger they see that my uniforms were supposed to be ready Monday. This is it where it gets awesome. He becomes very belligerent and starts saying that I was confused and that I did not actually drop them off there. When i ask him to show me his ledger that he keeps to record his delivery of dry cleaning he says there is no entry because I was imagining that I dropped them off there. He then tells me that I can have any shirt and trousers off of the for sale rack. I tell him no, I want my uniform back because there isn't a uniform that fits me in there. He screams at me says he is done and will no longer speak to me because I am crazy.

First, they took my dress in and literally made it 1.5 inches to small, it would not even zipper. So then I had to come back and they were trying to put boning in, but it did not look good so then I had to ask for them to take it out. And STILL the dress is too small but they would not listen to me when I asked for it to be slightly bigger. It felt like I was being dismissed and they were really poor at communication. I was hoping for better, especially after all of the good reviews, but it did not live up to the expectations. For how expensive they are, I would spend my money elsewhere.
