The tailor eyed me up and down as though it was my fault and to seemingly intimidate me. No thank you. So, that was a waste of time and I never got my skirt altered as it was too late to try another place in town. Dishonest service is the worst kind of non-service. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately this happened right before our PCS date. They outsource their dry cleaning so my coat could be anywhere. I have received $0 in reimbursement and can't even get the owner/manager to call me back. It wasn't just me because shortly after my incident another customer brought a 44R that was not his either. Aside from this the Marine Shop employees have endless reports of shrinkage caused by them.

I opted for a burgundy color, which I consider to be an adventurous color, but it was not a problem for Custom Executive Outfitters, as they had exactly the color I was looking for! I have a short, muscular build, which makes buying suits off the rack nearly impossible. However, Suresh and Chiraag were able to get my measurements perfectly. The suit fit me like a glove. This was my first experience getting a fully custom suit (I figured it was worth it to splurge on my wedding!) I have to say that there is a clear difference between fully custom suits and even suits made in Made to Measure companies. The entire process was smooth. The turnaround time was quick. Custom Executive Outfitters was able to complete my suit within weeks of the order, with more than enough time for my wedding in case I needed any alterations. I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. If he treats customers like this, can only imagine how he treats his employees The staff members were wonderful and so friendly, but I can not support a business who treats clients so poorly and then tells me, "OH WEll" when confronted later about his abusive behavior.
