The builder suggested for us to resign the agent early on but we kept her on due to her being a friend of my wife. This agency will tell you anything to get a deal but doesn't follow through. We were promised a specific gift if we closed on the house...to date this didn't happen. We were confronted with malicious messages from Jennifer about me being hostile. I urge anyone reading this to message me so I show what the messages were and I will include a video of the conversation. It's truly unbelievable the lack of care, accountability and the lies these agents have. They made a dream experience into a terrible experience. We brought this issue to the brokerage for resolution. Blake ignored my 2 voice messages and calls. Mikaela talked to my wife and made up some nonsense, which it was clear that there was prompted conversation from the agent. To date, the brokerage and the agent have not completed the promises that they had. These people lack integrity. Watch out for realtors that try to be flashy, that don't put their promises on paper, and don't do what they say they will do. This is why people feel like they can't trust realtors. Don't use this brokerage nor any of their agents. It is our family's greatest mistake to bring business here.

Upon later reviewing the brokerage's website, I was unsettled to discover that this individual, Brooke Doumer, is also a real estate agent with the firm. As a professional representing her brokerage in a public setting, her behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I did observe Blake, who was seated across from her, attempt to address the situation; however, she dismissed his concerns with an eye roll, showing no remorse for her words. I have great respect for Blake, Makayla, and their team, as they consistently strive to serve both their clients and our community with integrity. I am sharing this review to bring awareness to how such behavior can reflect on an otherwise well-respected business and in the hope that appropriate action will be taken in alignment with their professional standards.

The day of the closing they were reaching out to us to congratulate us, which is awesome seeing how many agents see the transaction as closed and move on. So they had an answer waiting for me I just wasn't important enough to call back. There are planning to leave me without Gas for over a week meaning I have no heat in the lows of 45 degree weather, can't do any laundry, can't cook any food, don't have any hot water. This is how they will leave you if you rent from them. Save yourself the trouble and find literally any other company. I've since asked for a rent reduction for the days I won't be able to live in the home, but as usual like every other time I call or email, I have no gotten a response.
