They are highly disorganized. I called twice to confirm pick up time and location. They still couldn't get it right. They made an entire van load of people late to the airport! Thier response when I called was that it was my fault and it wasn't thier responsibility because they are "so busy". The bus was so packed I had to climb over seats and luggage to get to my seat. The driver said he had to drop everyone at the same location because there's too much luggage to drop us individually. Next time I will pay the extra $50 to get a private driver.

Luckily we were able to get a Lyft that quickly arrived (and was actually cheaper than the shuttle) and made it to the airport in time to catch our flight. I would not recommend this shuttle service.
