This shuttle service is more interested in money than their customers. I would research carefully and consider another shuttle service. I booked a shuttle 3 months in advance for a trip in October. No where in the payment process online did it say the card would be charged immediately and that there are no refunds. I expected my credit card to simply hold the reservation, I never received a confirmation until I called to complain. The October trip was canceled due to work, when I called to cancel I was told they don't refund but I could get a credit. I live in Florida, I don't have plans to go to UTAH anytime soon. Totally unreasonable. Businesses cannot charge a credit card without providing a service (Fair Credit Billing Act FCBA) so they were in violation. I tried to speak to the manager three times and was told he was "busy". I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and fight to get my money returned. These people are shady, and not trustworthy, find another shuttle service. read more

I've taken the shuttle 4 times now and every time has been a pleasant experience however this last time the shuttle came 30 minutes late for whatever reason and that caused me to miss my flight. I called later and they refunded me for my entire new plane ticket I had to buy. Glad they were willing to fix what they caused so I give it 5. read more

I sent an email to the company as soon as I got on the shuttle. By the first stop they had called the driver and told him to stop. They replaced the driver and we had a good and safe ride to our destination, albeit 2 hours late, but understandable. Also every single person on the shuttle received a call from the manager apologizing for happened, offering both a refund and a credit for a future trip. Took a bus from SLC to Idaho falls. No ac on a 97 degree day. Just me and my sweat for 4 hours. Absolutely awful experience. The bus was old and gross with over head bin doors opening and closing the whole bumpy ride. read more

It was a very smooth ride. The driver was very Outgoing and professional. He even offered to pull over for a restroom break if needed. Great service!:) The driver gave us cold water for on the road. We used St. George Shuttle service to go from the city of Springdale to The Narrows inside of Zion National Park on 7/3/20. We selected a private shuttle and paid a premium because we assumed there would be better precautions taken against Covid-19 issues. Their website has a statement about the actions they've taken to insure the safety of it's guests and when booking we were reassured that the shuttle would not be at full capacity for Social Distancing. It was all a lie.... We showed up the morning of to a bunch of people waiting around outside the shuttle pick up. We noticed our Sprinter Van particularly full and because of this our other 2 guests decided they weren't going to go. The Driver crossed them off the manifest and allowed 2 more people to jump in to take their place. I assumed there would be more room since 2 people bailed last minute but that wasn't the case. There ended up being 14 people crammed in that shuttle bus with everyone carrying backpacks and gear on their laps. There was no space, no air, no safety precautions taken except thankfully everyone had a mask on. My wife and I ended up taking a public shuttle back and ate the $40 return trip seats we paid for. The public shuttle had way more room and better precautions taken to insure the safety of it's passengers. I will say that the shuttle was on time, it departed close to when they said they would and we did get to the narrows safely around the time we were supposed to beating much of the other shuttles and hikers. I understand this is a business operating under really tough times but the dollar seems to be more important than the guest. The driver was very accommodating, allowed me to sit in the front for part of the trip. The van was comfortable with cold AC , USB outlets and Navigation system. The ride alone has some wonderful views of the mountains and rocks. It was a great experience. read more

Imagine a company knows their customers will get a boot on their car or even towed if they park at the shuttle drop off in a Walmart parking lot, but they don't tell you not to park there and they don't make arrangements to allow their customers to park there. Imagine when you call to speak to them, the managers will never speak to you or return your calls. Dozens of their customers get $100 boots or $250 tows EVERY DAY. I saw it myself, spoke to the tow company and even spoke to Walmart managers (who are also fed up with St. George shuttle and their predatory practices). read more

They don't care about their customers at all. Under this Pandemic (COVID-19), I was ordered to vacate my place in NY within 48 hours, so there was no way I could take this trip, therefore I had to cancel. I did not want to, because I really wanted to go to Utah. Called the customer service, explained the situation, but no refund. They gave me the credit that's valid for 12 months. Under the circumstance, when will I be allowed to travel??? First of all, it was not cheap, now they are saying, no refund. Every company that's involved in travel industry should act like human beings and refund every cent, especially during the Pandemic. Why do you have to keep making money while we are all stuck in our houses and can't even get a job? Obviously they don't care about others at all. Very sad ....... read more

This was my first and last trip using this company. We paid an extra fee to have door-door service in St. George where we got dropped off and picked up from our hotel. Pick up was scheduled for 9:00 so we could make it to the shuttle leaving at 9:30. By 9:05 our taxi hadn't come, so I called the company to see where it was. Person who answered the phone said she would check, and then put me on hold for 8 minutes. I was getting a little nervous about missing the shuttle at this point, so I hung up and called back. Put on hold immediately without talking to anyone. I tried again and same thing, so I stayed on hold. FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. No one came back to say what was going on, or if they could hold the shuttle for us. By this time we had 10 minutes to make it to the shuttle, so I left my phone on speaker and ordered and Uber. I didn't know anyone in St. George to call for a ride, and our hotel didn't have a shuttle service, so that was pretty much my only option if I wanted to make it to the shuttle on time. Just as the Uber pulled up, someone came back on the phone and said they had sent a taxi. I told them I was getting in an Uber and to please, please, please hold the shuttle until we could get there. They said they would, and apparently the taxi pulled up just as we were getting in the uber car. Our lovely Uber driver rushed us over and we were able to catch the shuttle before they left. I called the shuttle main line back when we got back home, and requested a refund for the taxi plus what we had to pay for the uber. They said they could request it and a manager would have to approve it, and could I call back next Friday to check. I confirmed manager would be in Monday, and so called back this morning to ask about that. Manager said he would refund the price for the taxi, but there was no way he was paying for the Uber because "that was your choice to order". He said we could have gotten a ride from someone, or called the shuttle service to see if we could get on the next shuttle, or even call their competitor to see if we could get on their shuttle. He said they had sent a taxi (albeit 25 minutes after it was supposed to be there), and so therefore they weren't responsible for me finding alternate transportation. I tried to explain that we didn't know anyone down there to give us a ride, so paying for a ride was the only option I had unless I wanted to miss the 9:30 shuttle. I also tried explaining that I couldn't call back to request the shuttle to wait because NO ONE WAS ANSWERING THE PHONE OR PICKING UP CALLS ON HOLD! If I had known they were arranging a taxi to come and would have the shuttle wait, I wouldn't have ordered the uber. But I had NO communication, so I was forced to make other arrangements. And that lack of communication was the major reason I wanted a refund for what I spent on the uber. Manager was really rude and said he would never ask a company for a refund on top of what they refunded for a service that wasn't used. He said he could request it, but it definitely wouldn't happen and he didn't think it was right that I would even ask, even though I pointed out that the person who left my call on hold for 15 minutes without telling me what was going on could have avoided this. I will never use this company again, and can only caution everyone else who needs a shuttle to St. George to use their competitors. The cramped, uncomfortable seating + horrible customer service just aren't worth the slightly cheaper price. read more

DO NOT GET ON THIS RIDE INTO HELL! These b@st@rds are being sued by me for STEALING and illegally towing my truck after I parked exactly where they instructed me to, lying and saying there was free parking for two weeks. I came back 4 days later after going through a living hell after they caused me to miss my flight by lying telling me the shuttle would get me to the airport on time and it was actually about 30 minutes or more later. I was completely traumatised and my trip ruined. What should have been an enjoyable easy 3 hr direct flight to Houston ended up being an all night no sleeping nightmare trapped in LV airport with flight rebooked to Denver where I got in 1am when I should have been in Tx at 9 pm. Then waited all night in Denver airport for a 10 am flight and basically a whole day later destroying the plans causing one disaster after another. Then I had to walk 10 miles in the cold when I got back tonight late because in violation of their contract and for no reason no notice given even though the had my number and pass displayed in the window correctly as they told me and my number on my truck and on their registration for parking, they towed it. Horrifying to get back and be victimized again. I parked exactly where they told me to park. No one was attending the lot to help me though I asked for help. They stated when I asked where to park with my pass anywhere that did not have a 10 minute parking only was fine. They are liars and frauds and the police told me I have a good lawsuit against them and agreed I had been treated hirribly. They were rude and refused to even speak to me or help when I notified rhem my truck was shockingly gone. They refused to let me speak to anyone but the snide abusive customer counter rep, and I walked out and tried to contact the owner who was an even bigger a hole. Ruined my life and ability to make a living maliciously with intent to do harm and need to have their license revoked and pay for my damages. read more

I booked one of these shuttles from SLC airport to St George to meet friends for a vacation. I didn't realize it would be uncomfortable bench seats rather than ones own seat. It was terribly uncomfortable for what seemed like an eternity getting to SG (I told my friends that a school bus would have been more comfortable). It was dirty too. Their website says that you are given water on all shuttles - this was never mentioned on ours so I'm glad I brought my own. I ended up booking a flight home rather than taking another agonizing trip on this shuttle. The only good part was the wifi. read more

My experience with St. George Shuttle was amazing. Great price! The driver, Ryan, is a way nice guy and goes above and beyond to make sure his passengers get where they're going safely. When I had questions, it was easy to get friendly agents on the phone, and they even got me on a earlier shuttle back home on very short notice.
