Scheduled a 20 Person Party Bus w/ Limo City - Dallas/Fort Worth - Upon arrival I noticed that the driver was a bit older lady, not very pleasant, and during the entire booking, the driver never got out of her seat. Upon Departure from our home, the driver had to pull over for 10 minutes just outside the Gate of our Community, as she could not figure out how to work Anything on the bus. Had no idea how to work the Audio System, and controls. One of the Party attendees had to figure it out. Then during the trip to the first stop, the AC was VERY cold, then when asked to adjust, the Driver made it overly hot, and she couldn't figure out how to equalize the Temp when asked to adjust again. When my wife called to have the driver pick them up from their Dinner Reservations to go to Concert Venue, driver was late and evidently sitting in traffic, so all the girls had to walk to the Concert Venue in order to arrive on time. I don't mean to be rude, but a little old lady that doesn't know how to work the controls and such probably shouldn't be driving a HUGE Party Bus. Definitely did not receive the type of service I was expecting, Completely made ME look bad for booking this service w/ my wife and all of her friends, and will most likely utilize another service in the future! Especially for paying close to $1500.00 for a Party Bus. read more

Scammy company. I had setup a limo service in NYC for my wedding day and they called me the day before my wedding to say the limo was not available anymore and would need to go through an affiliate limo company to cover. However, I'd be charged an extra hour for the affiliate to come drive to me despite it not being my fault. This also negates the 20% discount they mention on their website. Sneaky tactic I decides to bite the bullet. I was one day away from my wedding and didn't think anything could get worse. Wrong, the limo came and the AC did not work at all. It was just blowing warm air into the cabin. Also, there was a strong gasoline smell throughout the whole ride and there was no way to roll down the windows to air out the smell. It was TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING YOUR SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN IMPORTANT EVENT COMING UP. read more

We ordered a party bus for my sisters 15th, I asked multiple times if an adult would need to be in the bus I was told no. The lady shows up early which was really nice but she started rushing us while we tried to take photos of the kids. The kids get on the bus and she is giving them dirty looks like she's disgusted by them. She then turns to me and my mom and asks who's the adult on the bus. I said we were told an adult wasn't needed. She says well I'm the driver and I'm saying you need an adult. We scrabbled and rushed to find a family member that could get on the bus. While we were doing that she was braiding my little sister for the addresses that she was supposed to stop at ( we gave this information to the dispatcher at the time we made the order he repeated them back to us for confirmation). We got someone and then she left. I called the company and the dispatcher (who was very nice) confirmed that she received all the the addresses she was supposed to have and that she did not have to have an adult on the bus. They drove around in this Texas heat with no AC on this damn bus!!! FOR 3 HOURS!! One of the kids had a medical condition which due to the conditions of the bus this caused an episode and he vomited on the bus. The driver instead of stopping and checking on him kept driving and called her boss and said that the child was drinking!!! They called me and said they would charge us $300 extra as a cleaning fee if we didn't clean the bus (Still no AC on). When she arrived to the venue she refused to let the children off the bus until my parents came and talked to her and cleaned the bus. She said we had DPD on site and told them she had a drunk minor on the bus and the child was then detained by DPD until my dad came and talked to them. THE KID WASN'T DRUNK HE HAD A MEDICAL EPISODE AND SHE DID NOTHING!!! I believe her name was Angela? NEVER getting a party bus or limo from here ever again! read more

Awesome limo in dallas! This limo service has to be one of the best in Dallas. I would most definitely use them again. James the chauffeur was such a thoughtful driver and had a great sense of humor. He picked us up in a stunning white limo for our anniversary and everything was perfect from that point until the end of the night. We had champaign, listened to romantic music and didn't have to worry about anything else. They even had a fireplace DVD playing on the flat screens. Very cool! This is the only way to travel!! Val Braggs- I was treated socially inferior based off my zip of pick up!! DO NOT SUPPORT 5 minutes ago I contacted Limo City and spoke with Bob at +1 (682) 235-8295 reservation #15336. I was very specific with my expections of the party bus for up to 20 passengers. This was a bachelor party for family member and wanted to make sure it was the best. I asked details about the year make and model of these buses and he assured it would be a current model with updates. He sent me pictures saying this was the bus I would receive ( see below) but it was not. Our driver was Brown and he advised he was contracted with an owner by the name of Alex. The driver confirmed the bus he was driving was not that of the picture I was sent.The bus itself was an old model ford that had horrible suspension, dated audio equipment, and the worst no working AC. I initially called Bob and told him the bus was not up to my expectations and for sure could not accommodate 20 people. My party ending up only being 13 so we tried to make the best of it. When I spoke to Bob I told him I wasn't happy and his response was " do you want it or not" he didn't offer to send another bus or anything. In an attempt not to ruin our night I said we will have to make the best of it for now . My party proceeded to the 1stop downtown to find the AC not working the air was not cool all of my party sweating and unconfortable!! The driver AC DIDNT WORK UP FRONT EITHER!! I called Bob again and he had the audacity to come off with me as a complainer and began to say " you complained about the size now the AC"!! I have never been treated with such disrespect as a consumer ! I was charged 620 upfront and was treated terribly. I refused to sit in the phone and argue with Bob in front of my guest and told him my concerns and got off the bus for dinner. I asked the driver to come back at 11:15 an hour and half later hoping the owners would at minimum send another bus but not only was it the same ran down hot bus he was not back at the pick up at the time u asked . It was 11:30 and I called and text Brown the driver and Bob coordinator from Limo City and Brown he finally answered and said he was minutes away. Now 20- 30 minutes late he pick us us. The driver was speeding making quick stops. ( Not sure if he was drinking our spirits) maybe that's why he was late on picking us up. Our guest were spilling drinks due to the bad suspension on the bus . The bus was so old it had a dial AC nothing was current in the make. Of that bus! I do not ever suggest anyone use this company . I honestly feel like I was treated at a lower standard after I provided the pick up location in Oak Cliff Tx. I'm not sure if I was so much racially motived but for based on the zip code and area i was sent the worst bus, and the worst service. If I asked to be picked up at my home in Plano Texas I can guarantee this bus or driver would not have been sent. I was not aware that Limo City use contracted buses as I was under the impression they were owned by one company. I would like a manager or owner of LIMO CITY to contact me to make this right!!! So glad I found this limo service in Dallas. I checked all over Dallas for the right limo company for my son's birthday celebration. Our limo showed up and we were all amazed. It was beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Our chauffeur was funny and very professional. He seemed to know what we wanted "before" we wanted it. Great service. December 2017 I needed a party bus for about 28 ppl I ran into limo city called and spoke to a guy named bob. I asked for their biggest bus size that holds 34 ppl I believe for the extra room. He helped me with the process of the reservation by sending me emails of prices and bus sizes. During the process I asked to see the busses he said he couldn't do that because the busses leave to frequently and they were in garages all over the city or something. I said coo, can you email pictures of them? He said "yes". I got two different emails with the same pictures but different prices. The 1st set of pictures there busses and prices with the passenger limit. In the 2nd email bob sent days later (cause me and my friends are still figuring out our list of who's all getting on this bus;) The passenger count went down but the money was about the same. I asked why are the prices going up and down on the same pictures? bob said they have busses that are the same but the sizes are different. Fine with me but I asked bob do the busses look exactly like the pictures? He says "yes". now Me and friends split the money for the bus so I do appreciate him for giving us extra time to get paid and get the deposit in for the bus. Bob even helped me out with the price when he seen that the emails kinda wasn't clear with the price on the 2nd email goin up and passenger limit dropping. I would think the price would go down if the bus hold less ppl. Soooo... I picked a bus passenger limit 32 had like 24. Bus driver pulled in... I DID NOT CHOOSE THIS BUS!! This bus wasn't in not one email sent to me! It barley held our 24. It was a school bus painted black. I'll show you what I chose vs what I got. I wanted a white party bus that held 34. Instead got a black prison bus that held 26. The inside wasn't bad but still wasn't the same like in the photos in my emails. All the help he gave me doesn't even out weigh this mess up. The whole reason I called FOR THE BUS! It was too late were all ready to go and didnt want to start the night like this for my party. Been awhile sense my party but now everybody thinks I know where to get buses so it reminded me. Long story short I got the wrong bus ,paid money, and made light of the situation. EPIC FAIL on our 30th wedding anniversary. My husband arranged for a smaller cadillac limo to drive us to the 4 places of our first date. They sent a HUGE stretch inappropriate for our short stops, then the car lost power, including AC requiring the driver to stop, pop the hood and service the car...finally, the driver (Juan) left us at our final stop.
