There were first shuttle passengers who could not board the first shuttle who walked back and forth, looking for a seat. Sigh. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company because we finally pulled off at 6:40, for a flight that was leaving at 8:41. We just made it in time for our flight.

They are always on time and help with the luggage. On our return they communicate well with us to coordinate pickup location and make sure we don't have to wait too long.
