Will not be booking. DO YOUR RESEARCH, MAKE SURE TO GET COMPETING QUOTES! Their booking agent tried to offer me quotes well above market average from getting competing quotes. After explaining I received an offer from multiple different companies that averaged out much lower they offered me a price still higher and said it was the lowest he could go and then ended up offering me a lower price when I said I was walking away. All in all I will not be booking because their sales strategy is obviously predatory and trying to squeeze money out of people. read more

Booked the party bus for my daughter's prom. Positives: Driver was on time and party bus was as advertised. Negatives: when the group arrived at the prom location, they were not able to enter the venue so they were hanging out waiting in the party bus (as expected). For some reason the driver asked the group to get out of the bus so he could "fix a problem with a tire" and then left. The kids were left standing in a windy cold parking lot in fancy clothes for 45 minutes. The kids ended up waiting in the cars of other friends of theirs and saw the driver come back with the party bus after 15 minutes to the same parking lot they were waiting in. Needless to say, this is not acceptable nor what anyone would expect from a limo service, and I contacted the company to discuss a remedy. It took numerous calls, and excuses, with a promise of a call back from a 'manager named Adam' which never happened. On the 4th call they finally agreed to refund me for the 1hour where the kids stood in the parking lot's and requested that I send a Zelle request for payment.. The company never made the payment after a week. A lot of talk, zero action. (I'm sure the company will reply to this review with explanations of why they didn't make the agreed upon payment and how one can get a commercial size vehicle tire fixed in 15 minutes at 7pm on a Saturday night near the SF zoo. If you believe those stories... well I'll just say, that's cute) Would I use them again....nope When I need limo service again, will roll the dice elsewhere. read more

We recently used All Bay Limousine for our wedding celebration. They were on time and provided great communication before and during the service. Very accommodating as well. Only 3 negatives were that the limo they provided "white Escalade" for 16 people was extremely outdated, and did not fit 16 people (completely different from the pictures provided). It had burn marks inside the limo, and the outside of the limo was even worse. There were markings on the window from an event from 2015 (these were visible in our wedding pictures). In our agreement it also said they would provide a bottle of champagne and that was also not provided. And the last issue we had was that when we left the church the driver chose to do the complete opposite way of our final destination and ended up exceeding our rental by 15 minutes. This company was the most affordable of all the ones I contacted to transport 10 high schoolers during their senior prom night. They called me in the morning asking for payment ASAP even though they never sent an invoice previously. I was getting my hair and makeup done and had to pause to deal with it.
