The company name doesn't do their service justice. Calling them Superior is an understatement. They are S-tier (for you video game and anime enthusiasts out there). The first time I used them was when I proposed to my now wife. They picked my friends and us up in SF and drove us to Napa for wine tasting. I swear we were riding in a private jet because that was thee smoothest ride to Napa I've ever been in. Our driver, Ash, was the kindest and most courteous person you can meet. When we first started talking, it felt as if we grew up together and were long childhood friends. No awkward silence or forced conversation, just immaculate vibes. We even finished each other sentences! The ride and service were so top notch, I would be a fools uncle if we didn't use them again. The 2nd time was for our wedding. I'm telling you, they are top tier and basically became family. Our 2nd driver was Mo. I didn't think the service could be beat from my first experience but my goodness was I wrong. He knew what I wanted before I even thought of it in my head. Just when I wanted to text asking where he was, he was waiting outside the lobby to bring us to the venue. When I forgot to tell him to pick up the bridal party, he told me they're already in the limo. I'm 100% sure that if he wrote my vows, it would have been more elegant than what I wrote. If you weren't won over by their punctuality and cordialness, maybe their price will swoon you. I compared other limo services to this one, and Superior Limo by far blows everyone out of the water with how affordable they are. If you don't want to stress on your wedding day please hire this company. We requested a sprinter shuttle to take us to and from we needed to go. Our first location was to take pictures before the ceremony. I was afraid of the photoshoot location and time schedule. The driver Mr. Mo Hassan was early than expected. He texted us ready at the hotel lobby but said take your time. Greeted us with a kind smile and said congratulations. He opened the door of the shuttle for us. The vehicle was very shiny and clean inside. As we were driving think he knew we were nervous and all the emotions before a wedding. He reminded us to enjoy your day. The conversation we had was like we already knew other and he put our minds in eaze We arrived at our first location on time. I thought I knew my way around SF but this dude knew the cuts. After our photoshoot driver took us to City Hall for our ceremony. Told us to text us 5 minutes before on the next pickup. After the ceremony was done sent a text we are ready for pick up and boom he was there in 3 minutes! There was a lot of traffic that day so thought he kept driving in circles waiting for us. My family and guest were really impressed with the pick up time after that text. Again he opened the door and greeted my family and guest. Some of them were thirsty and thank god he had a cooler of ice cold bottled water. The next location was the restaurant. He knew some my guest can't walk far so he made sure to drop us off at the front door. That was cool I forgot to mention some of my guest have a hard time walking. After the restaurant again he picked us up swiftly and dropped off all of my guest to their final destination.
