Usually feel the relief results the next day... as follows. I woke up next day Saturday morning at 2:37 AM to a sound that sounded like a car door slamming outside. I thought about getting out of bed and did so about a minute later. I popped up out of bed and walked into main area of apartment. As I was looking out the window I realized I got out of bed unassisted. Didn't need to sit on side of bed warming up ankles doing circles. Didn't need to hold onto bed frame posts to steady myself as I walked out. Right knee felt great. An hour or so later got up to go into bathroom. I have asked them to fix it. The guy at the front got annoyed with me, saying I am the only person who notices this. He showed me the YouTube on his phone, which shows a three hour loop. Well, the thing is stuck on one song (which I could now easily play on the piano, having heard it so many times), and he refuses to believe me. I can't read the Chinese characters on his phone screen to show him how to fix it. The guy told me to bring my own headphones next time (I tried this once and couldn't relax with two sources of music playing at once). He was clearly unhappy with me. And I was unhappy too, because now I don't want to go back to my favorite massage place. Every massage I have had there was great (except for the danged music). Has anybody else noticed the five-minute music loop there? I'd be really curious to know whether it bothers anyone else. I would suspect that anyone with the slightest bit of musical background would find it irritating, as I do.

I tried this spa after checking at least three or four Asian foot spa type places in the…read moresurrounding area and this is the only one that got really good reviews mostly five stars. Here was my experience from beginning to end. I called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone acted like she knew me already very upbeat and bubbly like she was my friend! I then made the appointment and was able to get in within an hour. When I entered, I was greeted and able to tell the person I was talking to exactly what I wanted. She directed me to a room and the person massaging me began the massage face down with my body covered, and she began doing compression, which is light pushing on my back arms, glute area, legs, feet and neck. She then rolled back my sheet all the way down to where my butt cheeks end. Just so you know this is the Asian massage way. It's not weird at all. If you are weird about these things, you should not get a massage at these places. It's just a body. These places get a bad rep because of the things that go on at other places. Anyway... She then used oil and massaged my body (neck, arms, shoulders, back and lower back, glutes, legs for about a half hour, then she turned me over and massaged my feet and my legs. She used hot stones on the same areas briefly, then she used a very warm towel to wipe off the oil on my body, which I appreciated. She gave me a very nice scalp massage as well. For $60 this is amazing and I gave her a $20 tip because it was worth it! If you go and get a regular massage at a regular spot, it cost about $130-$160.00 at the very least. The only constructive criticism I have would be that the room itself had nice relaxing spa music in it, but the general area in the front had some pounding music going, which competed with the spa music and made it really difficult to fully relax or fall asleep. If it wasn't for this, it would've been absolutely perfect and so I'm writing this to allow the establishment to understand that when you are in a Zen state, it's important to keep things consistent. Maybe have the music the same on the outside as the inside of the rooms, and when you have no patron, that's when you can play your thumping music That would be the only thing that I would love to see improved upon. When I was done with my massage, the lady that had answered the phone to begin with checked me out and was very very kind and caring. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back at least once a month if not more.

The reason for 3 stars is that I paid for a combo massage and she didn't massage my feet at all. Completely skipped them. That's my favorite part of massages. Most likely won't be back . Update.....To the owner who commented on my review. I was never asked which massage I wanted. I just asked for 90 min massage. In the future I would suggest letting the customers know what the options are for different massages. Most people want foot massage.
