Today I had Angel or Anjo sorry I should have gotten correct spelling. I told her my right arm needed a lot of work. Been dealing with pinched nerve in my rt. shoulder for some time. She really focused on my upper area and did a thorough massage in my neck and an amazing head rub. She worked the nerve from head to toe. THE BEST ACUPUNCTURE PLACE IN THE AREA! Dr. Lisa Lin is so wonderful, I went in because I was recommended by my dentist who goes to her. I have 3 protruding lower discs in my spine and it was to the point every time I walk, it hurts in my left leg and cannot feel my leg at times. I was also limping and felt as if my back was kinda curved. Her office is located upstairs near the stairways to the right, we went in and she had me stand up and she was touching my back with her fingers and showed my mother that it was indeed curved to the left. She performed acupuncture then did cupping since my back was so tight and then she did a little bit of chiropractic to help adjust my spine. YOU WILL PROBABLY NOT FEEL EFFECT OF THE TREATMENT UNTIL AFTER 2-3 SESSIONS. After the first day, I didn't feel much and didn't know if it was working or not. We asked her how many sessions it might take to fix my back pain. she said twice a week for 3 weeks. After the session, she put a herbal patch on my problem area in my lower back. After about the third session I noticed there isn't as much pain in my leg and my mother told me I'm not walking with a limp anymore. So we went to 5 sessions and it seemed Dr. Lin was pretty much saying it's been fixed to the best she can and showed my mother how straight my back has gotten. Just to be safe my mother said let's go for the 6th session since she said 3 weeks. When we went in Dr. Lin was surprised as if why are we back here again. We told her you said 3 weeks so we just wanted to be sure, so she treated me and gave me herbal medication to take. Dr. Lin is NOT one of those people who will say oh looks like you need more treatment than this and that so you will have to keep coming back and spend more money. She is VERY honest and will not fool you like some medical practitioners. I went to Lisa kind of as a last hope, I injured my back through work but Lisa does not accept federal workers comp but other workers comp. So we paid everything out of pocket which was about $60 a session which I found out it's pretty cheap compared to other places. I tried physical therapy, aquatic therapy, and chiropractic but Lisa was able to make me run again which was out of the question before. Since my back is very severe the symptoms came back and I have no choice now but to get Microdecompression surgery. For anyone who wants relief from any kind of pain I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lisa Lin for acupuncture. I have already recommended a few people to her and they all love the way Dr. Lin has treated them and has improved greatly!
