What a huge surprise!! New ownership since I had been here last, and this did not disappoint. Combo dinners include an egg role and sweet and sour chicken or pork, rice, plus your entree. Everything I ate was delicious and super reasonably priced considering the portion size. Cheese Rangoon used a heavier pastry than I like, but they were still cooked well, and had good flavor. I had the Mongolian beef and it rocked! My wife had cashew shrimp which she rated "excellent" and we brought a to-go order of orange chicken to our son...and I think he ate the plate. Fresh made Chinese Buffett! Our family loves to get 3-4 dishes and split them. We have been coming for years and have always received great service at a fair price. The ambiance leave something to be desired but it's affordable. Chicken Curry wasn't spicy which can be a good thing. Shrimp Mei Fun had the most flavor and the noodles are fantastic. We love this place. The Phoenix and Dragon is my favorite dish. I moved to the Tulsa area in 2006, and since then I've been trying to find a Chinese restaurant as good as my favorite that used to be in my hometown. Lin Cuisine is the closest I've found. First of all, they could speak very poor and broken English. Very hard to understand. The food was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The Hunan Beef filled half of the styrofoam take out dish. It had four small pieces of beef with the rest of the dish filled with RAW vegetables that were cold and tasted like they just came out of the fridge. The Chicken Lo Mein had ABSOLUTELY NO chicken in it. I ordered fried rice and got steamed rice. The Egg Roll was grease soaked. I squeezed it and oil literally came out of it. Eggroll was meaty and seasoned well. I got the Orange chicken combo. It was so much meat and so worth the drive and the price. It can be shared between 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 kids. Sweet, orange citrus flavor with a hint of sweet and sour sauce flavor. Not a typical orange chicken that I've had before, it's more red in color. It also came with sweet and sour chicken and egg roll. Fried rice was ok, I wouldn't eat it alone. But maybe the Fried rice combo would be great tasting. Crab Rangoon wasn't good. I was visiting from out of town and called the the restaurant to place a take out order and the woman that answered the phone immediately started yelling at me that they didn't want my order and that I'd placed orders before and never picked them up. They started out as the place to go for good Chinese style food in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, now not so much. The prices have gone up but they won't sell at their advertised prices on the menu. It is kind of Kabuki theater on the final charges. The cost was supposed to be $6.95X 2 ( which is $1.00 higher than before but with inflation I was willing to pay it) plus tax but the final charge was in the $15.00 plus range. The taxes have gone up but not that much. The containers for the food have shrunk by about 25% as well which means that the dollar increase is more like $1.50 increase in actuality. I ordered my usual and when I got home it was not what I ordered and they wanted me to come back that night to get what I ordered that they messed up. that would cost me $20.00+ for their mess up in gas alone not including time. I arranged to have the meal replaced the following day, or so I thought, when I would be in town on other business. I ordered again the meal that I should have had and when I got to the drive up window all they were going to offer was a small side of the missing portion of fried rice. Nothing else, just the fried rice. I let them keep it as I felt it was truly an insult to someone that had been going there constantly for years and they even knew my order by heart. They don't want your business that is for sure. It is now time to locate a business that serves Chinese style food that respects the customer. I will NOT be going back there again. read more

Oh yum! Being vegetarian and from the west coast, delicious vegetarian food is tricky to find in the southern states. Lin Cuisine knocked it out of the park for us. I ordered General Tso's Tofu which was not listed on the menu but they were willing to make. The vegetable fried rice included cabbage and was completely delicious. And for once, I like more than one or two things on the dinner menu! The combination dinners are a great value. You get a generous helping of your chosen main dish with sides of sweet and sour pork or chicken (depending on the protein of the primary dish), fried rice, and an egg roll. Nothing on the combo dinner menu that I've seen surpasses $8. And unless you come in with a big appetite, you WILL be taking home food for the next day! Don't be afraid to try their seafood dishes either. On a whim one night I ordered their Subgum Wonton, a house specialty. Didn't know what exactly it was, but I was eager to find out. It came out as a massive pile of varying meats and veggies, adorned with three of the cream cheese wontons, and smothered in a tasty brown sauce! In addition to the pork, chicken, and beef, inside the pile I discovered the most tender and somehow buttery tasting pieces of real crab leg that I've ever experienced, perfectly cooked shrimp, and what may have been either mini scallops or small pieces of lobster, perhaps an option such as langoustine. I'm a seafood FIEND and did not expect them to have such delicious seafood. Not to mention the side of fried rice! I ate my fill and ended up taking so much home that I couldn't even finish my own leftovers, I had to share them. Do not be afraid to go in and be adventurous. If you're like me and don't tend to be terribly picky, but can't always find something you REALLY like, try different things on the menu! Especially off the house specialties section. Everything was average, reminding me of something I could fix at home from a box. If I was to compare with Panda Express, well, there would be no comparison, Panda Express is the hands down winner. My friends and I used to visit Lin Cuisine in Sand Springs every single Tuesday during the school year for dinner. Since one of us moved to Kansas City, we have lost our tradition. Susan is the best! We got to know her, and she greeted us with a smile every Tuesday. On especially long nights in the winter, she would bring out fresh donuts for us as we sipped hot tea and shared stories from our classrooms and jobs. I've been wondering about this place for a while. Good friend of mine recommended it, but he'll eat anything. I tried once before a couple of weeks ago arriving at 10:45 only to find the door locked. Their Facebook page said they open at 10:30. Google says 11:00. I shoulda gone with Google. Today, I arrived around 1:15. Five cars in the parking lot. Immediately greeted and allowed to sit myself in a booth. Menus are on the tabletops. Many, many selections, several labeled as spicy. Iced tea ($1,29) brought out quickly and I ordered the Cashew Chicken ($5.10). I got the piping hot dish 5-6 minutes later on a divided china plate. You have a choice of white or fried rice. I chose fried. Soy sauce is on the table. It is a LOT of food so I got a carry out box. The food was very good for the price and I'm looking forward to checking out the other menu items. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. She seemed to know regulars as they came in. Several came in to get carry out. It appears to be an old Pizza Hut so it's a pretty good size and appeared clean. I didn't check out the restroom, which is one way to get an idea of how on top of things they are. read more
