I loved the vibe of Napoli's restaurant. The inside had multiple tables without feeling too crammed - almost like the chill vibe of restaurants you might see in Italy. Note that they do not have draft beers, but of course, there's always wine to choose from. Service was prompt and friendly. Before we even get to the entree, let me tell you, the complimentary bread was out of control. SO good with the oil. I ordered the chicken pesto Genovese, which was quite good. The sauce was fresh and depth wise, it was on the lighter side. I think I would have preferred slightly more cream. The pasta could have also been slightly more al-dente as well. Again, all these are by my personal preference. I definitely enjoyed the entree. If you are wondering about the chicken parm, they use shredded moots. IYKYK. I have so far enjoyed my 2 visits here. My first visit was great. I got dipping sauce and the Napoli special. The name is similar but not exact lol. Well portioned and delicious. The dish is one of my favorites now. Prices are fair too. Worth the drive to there. Second time my dish was still good but not quite as good. But still well portioned. They have lunch specials too. She brought warm good tasting rolls too. Ordered the calamari appetizer and it came with the freshest and best marinara sauce I've ever had! At one time there was a Napolis restaurant in every town around Tulsa, including one in town. These days the closest a one to our area is Sand Springs. We have been visiting a Napolis for years and are never disappointed with our experience. Our go to is usually the Tortellini Alla Pana but sometimes even just a meat spaghetti can hit the spot as well. The fresh baked rolls they bring to the table always go well with an extra side dish if alla pana. Our latest visit we ordered Spaghetti The Works dish and our go to Tortellini Alla Pana with side salads. The service was prompt and food was prepared as expected. Ambiance of the location is nice and very typical of most Italian restaurant fare. For some reason Italian tends to be slightly pricey when it comes to menu prices but Napolis has kept their prices on the average. So for the quality, service and food you're getting a good deal here. read more

I misunderstood and thought it was one of those places that you can walk in and get a NY Slice (growing up in NJ there are lots of places that have that sort of counter service along with being a nice restaurant). Their alcohol selection is pretty limited. I think you have wine or beer and that's OK. Would've liked to of had a Mamosa or two but definitely not a dealbreaker... Always tasty food, usually fresh baked bread/rolls. Plenty of parm, and pepper flakes on all the tables. Staff/servers are very friendly. Did I mention the food is tasty? Been going there for over six months weekly getting the same dish every time - lunch menu eggplant parmesan - delectable every time... yum, some of the best I've ever had ~ THEN, BAM! Last two times the eggplant was rubbery - thick under-cooked slices... don't know if they got another cook or what but the meal was inedible! Tough, no longer a nice tender well made dish. Took it back the first time and got money back - just threw the last one in the trash - pathetic :-P Gotta find another italian restaurant in Sand Springs, OK because this one has 'gone bad' === nasty, vile, crappy and they don't seem to care. We went here as it was reasonably close to an event our son was attending near Sand Springs. Wow! I wish they had a location in BA! This was the most incredible Italian food we've eaten in memory! Despite being very busy, we were seated within 10 minutes and promptly greeted by our server. The menu is awesome! Hard to choose but my wife got Lobster Ravioli in a creamy tomato sauce which had many chunks of lobster meat. I got Siciliano which was basically an enhanced version of Chicken Piccata, loaded with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and capers in a lemony white wine sauce. All were on our table in record time! House wine by the glass was only $5 which was in keeping with the low prices for the entire menu. Our delicious entrees were only $14.99 each, a bargain even if the food wasn't so wonderful! All were served with fresh Italian bread. It may be another year before we get back (a 45 minute drive from our house) but we know where to eat when anywhere near Sand Springs! read more

My family and I have been going to Napoli's for years. They really capsulate a great variety of Italian classic dishes and consistency of quality. Wait times can very depending on staffing, but service is always nice and friendly. It is a more open restaurant, so it can be loud at peak times, but the exposed brickwork and subtle touches make it feel cozy. read more

We brought a large family party for a family dinner. We did call ahead and came early, and were seated promptly. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was so friendly and efficient. The service is amazing but I just had to make a PSA that the food here is so bland. We had fried calamari (BLAND) like literally no flavor. And then my sister ordered the chicken piccata and the chicken was literally boiled with NO flavor. Like the butter sauce was actually pretty good but just wanted to say the flavors aren't crazy here but like I said the service was awesome and our guy was really informative. Previous visits I've been pleased. And the other night I was pleased until we got to looking at our bill. Both of us knew the price of chicken added to a salad was listed on menu at $2.00. We were amazed they charged $3.00. We asked to see menu to make sure we were not crazy. There it was chicken added to salad $2.00. When we pointed it out to waiter we were told old menu, and the impression we both had was not just last week old, but OLD. Then he said the point of sale has $3.00 so that is what we have to charge. We had little intention to get any refund, but when that response came we got mad. Not toward anyone, but internally. That is false advertising. They've lost my business! I almost went to a different Italian restaurant around the corner until I saw the prices. I went to Napoli's instead, thinking it'd just be a cheap Italian place, but I was very much mistaken. Beautiful, authentic, delicious food and amazing staff. Staff were totally aware of when I wanted/needed something and so kind. Two staff were masked up, two were not and one (my waiter) wore his under his nose. Tables and seating were not socially distanced. Condiments were all on the table.
