This is definitely a neighbor restaurant. It's is very tiny and cozy. The 3 person staff is nice and the Young Lady at the counter is accommodating and friendly. I ordered a poke burrito and miso soup. The Poke Burrito was amazing. The miso soup was average. Poke Burrito -Grilled Salmon (cooked) -kale, cabbage, carrot, cilantro, edamame, cucumber, sweet onion, purple onion, sweet corn -Spicy Mayo -Masago, daikon, ika salad, jalapeño, kimchi, seaweed salad, green onion, crab salad, pickled ginger, wasabi -garlic crisp, onion crisp, shredded nori, funkako, wonton crisps, spicy flakes On a bed of rice, rolled in seaweed. Found this using google, as I happened to be traveling through town for work. Definitely not a place I would've found on my own, as they're located within a strip mall on a busy street. However, I cant complain, the place was very clean, friendly staff, and the poke filled me up. I got the spicy salmon which had a good kick to it, unlike other places I've tried before. The small is a good enough portion, so that worked out well for me, it was still a bit pricey though, for the poke and a Thai tea it was almost $20. I'd go back if I'm in the area again. Ive eaten their poke over a dozen times already over this past year, and it's the best place to get poke in North Houston/Spring/FM1960, especially if your priorities are freshness and a healthy diet. PROS: Freshest fish served in any poke in the area. So far the only one that offers scallops and yellowtail as protein options. They have the most crunchy toppings of any place around, so that makes me happy. CONS: More expensive than other poke places. When they first opened a little over a year ago they gave too much rice and little protein for the price, but over time and especially today, i can say they've found a good balance actually! Im really happy to finally see a poke place in Spring. Stopped by for lunch (to-go) and was really surprised by the whole experience. The place is very small but it's clean and welcoming. Saddest thing is that I came into a new establishment I showed her the picture on the menu of what I wanted and what I got in the bowl was hog slop she had tossed the raw tuna so vehemently and a vinegar based sauce that it had partially cooked and put seaweed strips on it which were not even in the item and salmon Roe which was also not in the item making it abundantly fishy smelling and looking like pig slop when I tried to coach her being at Chef myself and saying when a person orders an item on the menu it should look like the photo and have the items in it that is in the description she got snarky with me read more

I've been WAITING for this place to open and noticed they finally were when I got back into town today. I got the one protein bowl with ahi tuna and a bunch of stuff mixed in. I also ordered the brown sugar milk tea. Brown sugar milk tea was really good. It was sweet just like i like and the boba was pretty good too. Poke bowl was also pretty good my only thing is i wish the ahi tuna was cut smaller or thinner instead of the big cubes and that the cucumber was also cut thinner, but besides all that definitely glad there is a poke spot on this side of town and I will be back! read more

Now when it came to the sauce i didn't know what to get and since it was my first time the lovely lady making my burrito suggested the spicy aioli, poke classic and a little bit of teriyaki sauce. I was begging my sister to take me to get poke( btw it was our second time coming here) but I soon regretted it when I saw my sister throwing up that same night and I woke up the next morning having the same symptoms ( throwing up, diarrhea, stomach cramps, chills, fever) . There bobba tea is not very good way too sweet, they don't ask you for sweetness levels or if you want ice(both times I had no ice in my tea...), and the bobba tastes very soggy like it's been sitting too long and also not flavorful. The place is a miss for me, but I do have to say that the people working there are very nice, and it's very clean so maybe if it's a new place it just needs a few minor changes. read more

The Hispanic girl at the counter was absolutely and incredibly rude. I have 2 frequent customer cards full waiting yo be redeemed for a free item. My boyfriend had never been here and didn't know what he wanted his ingredient choices tossed with. He ask to try a sauce and the person began squirting the sauce on his bowl. The girl interceded and explained what my bf wanted. My bf tasted the sauce and said he didn't like it; instead of removing the items with sauce he added the protein. So we stated several times no sir he doesn't like the sauce he stood there and just looked at us (he may not be an English speaking person). The Hispanic girl tries explaining to him what the issue is but he keeps preparing the meal as if what's been said has no bearing. So I tell her again, this time sternly, no ma'am we're saying we don't want the sauce but he's still making it. She called me rude and tries to chastise me. After refuting her claim, she admitted their wrongdoing. Then the tried to pick the proteins off the top. I told her I was disappointed and this was my worst experience at the location in the year I've been a customer. I asked for an owner's number she declined. I called the store and the phone was given to the Hispanic girl. I asked for a contact number and she declined. When I challenged the girl's response asking "so there's no number where an unsatisfied customer can follow up?" and her response was "I guess not." I left without my food or my boyfriend's. read more
