I've been here a handful of times, but I feel the drinks are not as consistent as I'd like. I've ordered the Wild Pistachio Latte about four times, and it hasn't been as good as the first time I tried it. On one occasion, I also had a not-so-great experience. I understood they were having power issues and were operating on a generator. Their tablet system appeared to be working, as I could see my order while placing it. I was making a large order for my coworkers and needed an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, I was told they couldn't provide it due to the power outage. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge. This was frustrating, as these add-ons were suggested by staff without clarifying the additional cost. While the issue was eventually resolved, I left feeling unhappy with the overall experience. I did return once afterward, but between the inconsistent beverages and the lack of transparency around pricing, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I went this morning to try this place for the first time and it wasn't for me. I asked for a suggestion that was a best seller and decided to get the butter pecan iced coffee with oatmilk. It was mid at best. It was $8 for a medium which isn't bad but still too high for a coffee I didn't finish at all. When your food is ready they just call out the food item- it was a bit confusing with several orders coming out at once. Ambiance: I love how the location is ducked off from the main Streets. When entering the location is super clean, airy, and gives the relaxed coffee stop. The noise level is minimum and it wasn't too packed (perfect for studying). I also loved how there is a great variety of things to choose from ( doesn't alienate different clientele -more than just a coffee shop) Order: Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich: Must Go Coffee uses the best buns for their breakfast sandwiches; but if you look at the picture ( where is the sausage). It took various bites to reach it and when I did it was like a small puck (great flavor but super small). The sandwich gave egg and cheese sandwich not the full deal. Sausage croissant: my husband felt the croissant crust was great but the filling missed a lot. I do not have a photo but I also ordered the strawberry and banana smoothie. The smoothie was the best thing. It was made fresh and it has actually stayed on my mind from this past weekend. Customer Service: great and friendly. Recently opened up in our neighborhood a bright delicious coffee shop. We can here yesterday afternoon and there was a nice ambiance. Not too busy inside. They also have a drive thru. Seems like a family owned business. The cold brew was very strong and you could tell the coffee was good quality. We also ordered a Vanilla Bean Frap it had caramel drizzle on the cup and on top of the whip cream. Personally I'm not a fan of the caramel drizzle so it would have been nice to know it had that on there. The cons: I did not like that they charged me $1 for whipped cream. Even Starbucks doesn't charge for whip. It's a pretty standard topping on a frap. That's why they got 4 stars. They might as well include that in the price of the drink if they are going to charge for it. I did not try the ice cream but they did have a great selection (see video). It was bright in there, kinda hard to get a good video of the ice cream but you can see the flavors on there. Plenty of parking. Looking forward to going back. read more

I've only come here for the drive thru because it's convenient. But I keep coming back because their coffee is really good. It's hard to find a quick coffee fix when you're in a hurry but here it's quick and delicious. I don't taste a bitter espresso pull and I usually order a lavender foam because I don't love my coffee to be too sweet but still want that essence in it. I've only had their sandwich once and it was really good, tasted fresh. But they run out sometimes so be careful. read more

Ive came here twice so far! Once to study and another to meet up with a friend. I got the toffee crunch breve (substituted whole milk for half & half). The young lady at the cashier was nice:)) Both times I came I liked my drink but I will say the color of my drink was not consistent. (Reference pictures in my review) I don't know how many shots are in the medium compared to the large, but the large had a stronger coffee flavor compared to the medium which was a small let down the second time I came. I was thinking the coffee to milk ratio would be the same throughout the varying sizes. All items were delicious, as a personal preference I will say the croissant had a lot of meat in it which I am not a huge fan of, but that's just me I don't eat a lot of lunch meats, on the contrary if you are a person who likes a hearty meal this will not disappoint! All of the flavors were just enough, not too sweet or salty if you want something overly sweet you might want to try something else, the blueberries were just sweet enough and the sugary glaze on the croissant bread (danish) was just the hint of sweetness it needed! My husband and I were in the area and decided to try this coffee shop. I got the iced mocha and my husband got the white mocha. I always like to ask if their coffee is more on the sweeter side and the man who helped us said yes. So we adjusted the pumps of syrups. When I saw my drink, I was scared it will still be too sweet bec there were chocolate syrup around the inside of the cup. I didn't mix it in and the coffee tasted really good. It still tasted like coffee! It was very balanced. The milk and syrup didn't overpower the espresso. We've tried plenty of coffee shops that let us down but Must Go Coffee did not! I do recommend getting less pump of syrups if you don't like it really sweet (like half of what it comes with). The inside was very nice and spacious! The furniture, the plants and decor was our kind of vibe. When our drink was ready, the man brought it to us instead of calling out our drink. He was very helpful as well. He answered all our questions and made us feel welcomed. They had some pastries too that looked really good but we didn't get to try it. Plenty of parking and they have a drive thru. I love that they opened a coffee shop that's not Starbucks. I came here for breakfast and it's your typical coffee shop: pastries, coffee, milk for kids, plus ice cream. I wanted to order the Turkish coffee but they explained to me that it is really strong and small, so I appreciated that detail. Pastries are delicious and soft.
