I can't stress enough how difficult this was for my grandmother and the rest of my family. We had her move in with us but we were overwhelmed with all the things we'd need to buy/have on hand in order to care for her, not to mention learning how to physically care for her. To be honest we didn't know what we were doing but we just wanted to make her as comfortable as possible while she was with us. We went to med mart to buy some things and we were so fortunate to meet Abby. She was wonderful and helped us to decide on what to buy, including a bed. We had a regular twin bed for my grandma so we hadn't planned on buying a medical bed, but it honestly made a world of difference. Having my grandmother lay flat on her back all day and night was extremely uncomfortable for her, and the bed we bought solved all those problems. Being able to put the rails up was also a huge help because we didn't have to worry about her rolling out of bed. Overall I'm just so thankful we trusted what the sales woman suggested.

Instead of acting like professionals, listening to the issue, or offering a refund, the staff became extremely rude and highly argumentative. It escalated to the point where they actually threatened to call the police just because I wanted to return a broken product! They completely refused to issue a refund or exchange, offering zero explanation or basic courtesy. It is absolutely mind-boggling how a business like this stays open. They are selling cheap, low-quality junk at premium prices, and the moment something goes wrong, they treat their customers like criminals. Save your hard-earned money and protect your peace of mind. Do not waste a single dime or a second of your time here. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Update: the response review that owner stated is totally lies and not even close to reality. I've called several times and they keep telling me they'll call me back the next day with information and again now this time it's been five days and still haven't heard anything back from him. Keep telling me it's due to billing. I have insurance and it is going to pay for it but they keep telling me there's a billing issue very frustrating. As for Oxygen delivery, I struggle for several months getting my Oxygen delivered and had to go pick it up myself. My physical therapist is even had to call to help me get my oxygen. However, the last three months I have a wonderful gentleman bring my oxygen and he's here every Friday. He always calls me on Thursday to make sure I need it and then I'm gonna be home. He has been awesome.

As we sat there 3 other people came in. One was there to pick up. paper, another one was there for them to download the memory card. The 3rd lady, had an appointment 15 minutes after me. She had an attitude when she walked in. The girl came out with a patient she had helped and she looked at me and said she was talking the other lady because it would be quick! She was back there 30 minutes!! I should have said something but I didn't. My problem was taken care of in about 10 minutes. But I sat there fo 35 minutes! Don't go there!

Without obligation she is checking to see if the scooter will be covered by Medicare. The prices of the scooters were very reasonable. Only 3 were available for tests driving. The brand was Golden a high quality scooter. Especially known for their comfort. We have a van fitted with a lift. Theresa was very helpful in measuring the scooters and van to see if the scooter will work in the van. Thank you Theresa for a positive experience.
