I was contacted within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Within 1 hour they helped me enroll and assisted me with canceling my service with the prior company assuring me that I would not have duplicate orders. They set up the upcoming order to coincide with my next delivery date and contacted me to confirm my need for refill. The order was shipped timely and I received it in time to continue use without interruption. They are responsible to bill my insurance and notify me of any outstanding balance.
