I went there for a field eye test. The girl dilated my eyes which she was not supposed to do. Then put in numbing after. 'Wrong". When i said i can not see. Her response was I put in what i was told. I said something to the man at the front desk. He could care less n was rude. Avoid this place. I do use Horizon just not this location. read more

The worst. After going for my one-year follow-up, I arrived and was told that I was not scheduled for an appointment. I even showed them the reminder texts and confirmation text I had on my phone. Their excuse is that there must have been a glitch. I was told that if I waited for an hour or so, the doctor would try to squeeze me in. It might have been nice if the doctor at least came out and explained things. Great way to lose a patient. read more

Didn't wait more than 5 min. to be called in. Had pre-check exams for cataracts. Staff was welcoming and professional, from reception to all assistants. Offices were clean and well-organized. Dr. McLaughlin was exceptional - he explained level of my cataracts, my options and expected outcome. As well, he listened to an incident I had and immediately recognized that this wasn't a cataract issue, but a blood flow issue. He advised me to contact my cardiologist if it happened again. Horrible Went to pick up a pair of glasses that was ready and I was excited for just for them to have the wrong frames that I did not order than gave me a problem because they were wrong on there end !!!!!! Very distasteful experience both ladies were trying to make me look like I was wrong when I had a picture of the right frames I was told it was how I took the picture a bunch of excuses I will NEVERRRR EVERRRRRR STEP FOOT IN THIS FACILITY AGAINNNN the way it was handled was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! read more

I am a grown up gal. Never one to bash a business. I have been with this practice since Dr Gross in Ocean City. Circa 1987. I have never had to wait for anything. My most recent encounter with Dr Perez, today was: On time ( in fact, an early reception). The Office Staff I met today; were nothing as described here in some reviews. Everyone truly does have their own unique experience. Everywhere we may go, every day. I have been placed with these same Dr.s, multiple times & for different reasons. I trust everyone who works under their roof. If needed; I shall edit/update [if necessary], after I see the Cornea Specialist, Dr Sarah Bonaffini. My appointment was just scheduled, and on my day off from work - in less than 2 weeks. Took less than 5 minutes for this appointment to be scheduled & confirmed. M.A.Kane read more

Great place. They helped me out with my contacts, and the doctor gave me really good advice about eye health. Definitely recommend.

Took my children in for eye exams and they saw a doctor who was not very personable. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day until I spoke to my mother who told me she had a similar experience with the same doctor. Another time when I took my children in, we went to look at the eyeglass frames to order some new glasses for both of them. The man in the eyeglass area did not seem to want to give me any assistance at all. So I took our prescriptions elsewhere! read more

This is the worst eye dr company I have gone to regarding insurance. I gave the correct insurance information at my appointment and they have NEVER attempted to even charge my insurance ONLY me. Doctor was nice enough but they are expecting me to pay even tho they have never attempted to charge any of my insurances. I called they had the wrong insurance I corrected it and said they would charge the correct insurance but NEVER did and sent me another bill. Their billing department sucks even if it wasn't approved by insurance I would have seen it on my claims and haven't. They weren't doing their job a shame honestly and I shouldn't have to continue to correct them. read more

Do not ever go here if your time is AT ALL precious to you. I made an appointment for THE VERY FIRST slot of the day at 8:30. I watched the nurses all arrive at 8:30; come out and call TWO out of the FOUR of us waiting. Waited a half an hour in my car before freaking out and leaving. So you overbooked appointments and are making us wait in the car because your lobby isn't open?? Absolutely not. Will never be returning. read more

I had great service since i walked inthe wait wasn't long, they call you when it's your time.. so convenient. From the teach to the dr everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. The teach was so helpful finding me a new pair of glasses. read more
