Patient called back over the weekend that it was not functioning. They said for an emergency they have someone call me. They've never called two days Tuesday. I need to go to doctor appointments, I need to be on oxygen as per hospital. This is the worst company. I've come across in El Paso in years.

I received a call from Dona Ana Medical Supply on Monday I/9/23 after my pulmonologist faxed orders…read morefor a new CPAP and supplies. They told me Medicare would not approve the orders if my CPAP was less than 5 years old. I called my Insurance United Health Care who told me my doctor had to call and requested an expedited exception. I finally got a call back from the pulmonologist's office today 1/18/23. They told me the request to the doctor must come from the DME company to the doctor. They stated they contacted Dona Ana Medical supply who claimed they had never received the orders and that they did not accept United Health Care insurance. I have had a tough time finding a knowledgeable and courteous DME company in Las Cruces. Used a DME in a small Texas town for 11 years with no problems. Would not recommend this company

Lady was very nice and helpful. 10-28-15 3:00 pm Called in to make sure they got prescription they were already working on my prior authorization with insurance. Very impressed. It's a little bit outside of El Paso but that's where you'll have to go if you need to get stuff that Walmart doesn't carry! Whether you're looking for ultrasound gel, tongue depressors, tape, medical equipment, BEK medical has it all. If they don't have it in stock, you can get it ordered. They are open on the weekends and I found the staff here to be helpful and friendly. Don't forget to check in because when we were here over the weekend, we got 10% off our purchase. It's a little bit hard to find, but they do show up on Google maps. Plenty of parking and they aren't very busy.
