If only I had been able to start there! The staff was so friendly and helpful, that I almost wanted to buy new wheelchairs! They ordered the parts the same day I visited and gave me the date they would be ready. Not only did they do an exceptional job on the repairs, but the wheelchairs were ready a day earlier than promised. That was better than I could have hoped for because of a tight schedule. I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people. Shame on you!

Well how convenient for them it's a new year & my deductible starts all over! Talked to the insurance company today only to find out they never even got in touch with them regarding the claim. On one occassion I told something about medicare guidelines???? Funny I don't have Medicare!! My insurance company was as baffled as I'am on that one. A lot of excuses over 6 months. Now in order for us to get this device we are looking at out of pocket expenses exceeding $500!!! Dealing with Cancer is bad enough, but to have to put up with people not doing their job & blaming everyone else why they couldn't fill the claim is uncalled for!
