The RN that started my IV was great. The staff was very nice & took me back within a few minutes…read more I've met the Dr & liked him. They sedated me alright. I was outta it after the procedure. I've never been released from a procedure/ofc-clinic being that "out of it". Problem began when I called after a week of having really bad pain (I'd had a cervical RFA-nerve burning) Nobody warned me I'd be in that kind of pain! I'd had a lower back RFA elsewhere & didn't have any probs. I called on a Monday. The girl let me know immediately they had 24-48 hrs to call me back, rather rudely & abruptly. Every other practice I've ever gone to, if I had had a procedure @ their ofc w THEIR Dr & called w questions or concerns, they'd call me back ASAP. Most practices want to either reassure you, answer questions or find out if you're having a more serious complication from the procedure, as they may need to intervene. Not here! Forget that. On Weds., I called back again as NO ONE had bothered calling me & I was still in a lot of pain & still having to take pain meds around the clock. The guy informed me there was no record of me ever having called. Well, you can imagine how that affected me. Here I am, in bad pain & nobody would've called me back! And then he had the audacity to say they had 24-48 hrs to call me back! At that, I went off & expressed exactly how I felt. Told them what PISS POOR CARE that was & if that was how they treated their pts., that I (as a new pt) may have to find another clinic for pain Mgmt. I snapped "I've ALREADY WAITED 48 hrs & may be having a complication from the procedure!" They simply DO NOT CARE. Obviously, they're either over-run w pts or are short-staffed or BOTH? Friday came & went & they NEVER EVER called me back! A week came & went & not one person bothered calling me back after I called from being in excruciating pain x a wk. UNBELIEVABLE!

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter has been seen in this clinic for 5 YEARS. We have…read moreseen the practice sold in part and sold completely a few times during our time there. Today was the last straw. We arrived for our appointment early. We were meeting with a new doctor, reportedly one of the owners (what we were told when we scheduled the appointment). The appointment started off fine, but within a couple minutes it devolved into a yelling match between me and the doctor. Our insurance denied her medication because it requires a prior authorization (PA). We have been told, repeatedly, and directly from the insurance company, that the PA's HAVE to have how long she's been receiving care to get the prescription approved. I brought the denial letter in, and told the doctor the PA was not filled out properly because they have that she is an "initial user". She is not. The doctor insisted I show him where they said she is a "new patient" - I tried to show him the letter we received. He took it, gave it a cursory glance at best, asked what it was and was told it was from the insurance. I tried again to tell him this is the denial letter and it specifically lists why they denied her (none of which actually apply to her). He got even more angry and started yelling back that his people have been doing this for years they know what they're doing. IF THEY KNEW I WOULDN'T BE LEAVING THIS! Don't waste your time. The new owners are insensitive, arrogant, egotistical jokers that believe they know better. Fine - maybe you have a degree - but you need to go back to school, because "initial" does, in fact, mean "new" and/or "starting". Quit treating your patients like they don't have a clue what's going on - I've been playing these games with the insurance company for over 20 years. I know what we need to do to get my daughter taken care of - and it has nothing to do with them. We transferred her file out before leaving and will not be returning. I only hope we can find another doctor soon because she can't make it much longer without pain management care. IF you are considering this agency - RUN. Do NOT use them.

Dr. Nathan Lamborne NPI number 172-0494537 No moral compass,…read moreNo Empathy, Dishonest, I am a DISABLED VETERAN with multiple tours I was referred to Nathan to help me control my pain from dr peters because I was told that he was a great doctor. I did multiple tours overseas for the United States military which I have had so many reconstructive surgeries and also a work related incident that I fell over 30 feet and had to have yet another surgery I received a dismissal letter when I returned from out of state for work stating he's not going to help me and I am not a patient anymore I did not receive a phone call. I did not receive any type of text no email no verbal warning no written warning no counseling nothing I notified his office of my absence for work due to the severe weather like tornadoes, flooding that we had in the months of march and April I even spoke with him in person when I saw him at my last appointment passing in the hallway and lamborn replied, just notify the office and you will be fine I have spoke with other patients in the waiting room and they have missed upwards of 5 to 6 random drug appointments and still are patience I have talked to people that have failed multiple drug tests and still are patient He is still treating. I have not failed a drug test or had any illegal substance in my system. He also falsely accuse me of running out of medicine early on the notice I received when I had to have oral surgery and he increased my dosage which In turn makes you run out sooner He clearly does not care about his patience. He clearly has no empathy no respect and breaks his own policy whenever it suits him I received a phone call from Nathan manager Ashley stating that they did reach out to me Via text and left me a voicemail which I never received due to the area I was in a tornado went through powerlines were down and cell towers were down For some reason, they cannot fathom this I always thought that doctors And nurses were patient advocates and actually had an understanding when their patient was helping the community Recover from such a tragic event Also speaking with Ashley the manager, she stated verbally that I was dismissed for failing a urine screen test Which I received a dismissal letter stating otherwise. So, it appears that she lied in order to cover their mistake. It sounds like to me The Office is Playing favorites and picking and choosing Who stays and who goes I have never been so disrespected in my life and treated like trash These are supposed to be the People that are helping me. I've dedicated 10+ years Keeping this country safe sacrificing my freedom and my body and also 5+ years keeping our community safe. After I posted my review A courtesy refill of a similar medication was sent to my pharmacy and that's when Ashley contacted me These medical professionals have left a horrible taste in my mouth from the lying, the deceptive behavior the manipulation of words and Not taking any ownership for their mistake The difference is if I did receive those messages that they supposedly sent, I wouldn't be writing my review for being wrongfully dismissed and terminated from this practice In closing the people that he is dismissed, negligently read the reviews and the bad reviews. A lot of them stated there has been so much communication problems, wrongful discharges, people older than me and younger than me there seems to be a common denominator in all of these reviews 5/13/25 Furthermore, I received a very threatening Angry text message from ASHLEY AlEXANDER the manager stating that I was Harassing when all I did was ask for my records and pointed out that I was right from a review that was left I will be reporting Nathan Lamborne, as well as Ashley Alexander to the BBB as well as writing a formal complaint grievance to the Kentucky medical board composed the lies the accusations and the wrongful dismissal of myself self and many others suffered from their malpractice and the lack of patient care they made a mistake and now I'm paying for it
