The gym is only $20 per month and for that you get fairly decent amount of free weights and lifting equipment as well as various cardio machines. I also ended up becoming friends with most of the staff here. As far as cleanliness goes, I thought that the place was spotless. They also provide towel service while you are lifting, which is something I can't say about most gyms. Most of the people that I encountered here were lifting recreationally compared to many of the other gyms I've attended. The gym is also rarely crowded to the point where you are waiting to use a machine. Although I've never done this, Cardinal Fitness also provides personal training for an extra fee. The only thing that I didn't like about the gym was that sometimes they will try to close a couple minutes early, and they also don't have an indoor track or a pool. Sometimes I like running on a track because I get bored from running/biking/stepping in place. Overall, it is a nice gym for its cost. There aren't too many gyms around for this price. The decor was seriously dated, 1970's style. It looked like a lodge in the mountains. A staff member was rude and didn't want to help. The family couldn't get there early enough to set up and all cabinets were locked, so we had to ask at the desk if we they had any utensils. They had a mish mash container of them. Rates are too high for the facility. And to top it off, there it off, there is a freight train running next to the park of this facility and several trains had come by on the three hours that the service went on. I was looking out for Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomeii. You can find better in the area. If the residents of Crete are happy with this, they need upgrades and find out where there tax dollars are being wasted on.

It appears the facility caters to baseball players but maybe anyone can use the recover services. The place was immaculately clean, the front desk staffer was so helpful. The room for the sauna/cold plunge was private and had a tv with a fire stick. I put a mediation on YouTube during my session. There was a shower available to use after the session. I highly recommend Planet Fitness if your health is your priority and your lifestyle needs a wide range of times the gym is open like I do.
