This place is huge, with lots of things for kids to do. My grandchildren, 5, 6, and 9, had a fantastic time, with plenty of room to jump and v fun slides. We visited during the week and they had a wonderful time. Staff were walking around making kids stay safe. It's sooooo worth it on a 94-degree day outside. read more

I only went the one time and watched a kid have to get stretchered out, trampoline at your own risk so I ignored that. What triggered me to leave a review was learning that I was signed up for a monthly recurring subscription. I would highly advise avoiding that. read more

This place is a large indoor facility with multiple slides, trampolines, a soft basketball court and a party, dining and concession area. It's a great place for family events. I recommend going before 5 pm to avoid a large crowd. read more

We have been here a few times and had very different experiences each time....the first time we came on a weekday a few months after their opening and it was AMAZING. It was us and maybe two other families. My toddler absolutely loved it. The 2nd time was the 1st day of winter break. The storage area for shoes/coats was chaos and smelled heavily of weed. We stayed for 5 minutes and had to leave because it was just too busy. Today, we came for a birthday party on a Saturday and while very busy it was more manageable than our winter break experience. The negative today was it felt like it was 98 degrees in the place. I wasn't even jumping and sweat was coming from everywhere. My son loved it until he got knocked over twice by older kids and then wanted nothing to do with jumping on the trampolines. I really wish they had a small section of trampolines sectioned off for toddlers only. I don't know if I'll be able to get my son to go back here when there's other kids. read more

Your kids will love this place, only thing one may encounter is storage place for coats in the winter, they don't have enough spaces for an establishment this huge, Also not enough tables for dining we literally had to eat on a ledge next to the door. I had six kids with me so of course i ordered a healthy amount of food and drinks but was never able to get a table because other parties used them for storage space. This location has party rooms for birthday celebrations. There is an all day play and hourly. read more

We came here one day over winter break with friends. We've only been to 1 other trampoline Park. This one was easier to park, more spread out. It was clean, fun, and good excersise for all of us. The interactive video games were cool. Our friend's daughter (7) loved the giant slides. Our 6 year old enjoyed the smaller slides better. I had a great time jumping here too. We got a pizza for lunch, it was acceptable. We plan to come back. read more

Fun for all ages. I had my daughter's 5th birthday party here and it went without a hitch. I got the Silver package. They are very punctual about the time. I had her party at 11 and it was the perfect time. The facility wasn't packed and she was able to do everything she wanted to do without being run over by other kids. They had a fridge and freezer for our cake, cupcakes and ice cream. The pizza was your typical children's place flavorless pizza but it satisfied hunger. They already had the tables set up in the room prior to arrival. I added my own decorations when i arrived. I did notice towards the end, before we left, the facility started to get much busier. It made me glad that our time was up lol Of course she cried b/c she didn't want to leave. We will be returning but will definitely choose earliest of times. lol read more

I took our 7 & 4 year old here and we spent about 2 hours bouncing around, playing the interactive video games and racing through the ninja warrior course. This place is clean, the staff is helpful & friendly and it's way more interactive than other trampoline parks that it might be compared to. There is also a cafe that opens around Noon with pizza, snacks and drinks. We'll definitely be back as it's only 30 mins (no traffic) from Chicago. read more

This review is specifically about how difficult they make it to cancel your monthly plan. This whole process has taken over several months. First, I asked in person how I could cancel. They said I needed to do it online. When I went to their website, it was vague and unclear how to cancel. I even deleted my payment method. Still, I was being charged a monthly fee. I tried to call but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I received a text message saying they could help me by texting. I specifically asked them to cancel my monthly subscription and send me a confirmation. I received a text saying that this issue would be made a priority. It's now 2025 and we're still getting charged. read more

Traveled 2 hours away to take my son here for his birthday Saturday December 9th. Upon time for us to leave I realized that my shoes were stolen from the facility. Management and the owner was notified of it they didn't show any type of empathy or concern. I literally had to walk out of the action park barefoot. The careless owner only showed and stated he care about his facility & employees. Second time at the park but this time was the worst experience ever. I purchased 12 Tickets online. this is my actual first complaint. The website does not imply that an adult does not have to purchase a ticket if the parent in not jumping. So I over paid. I originally wanted to book a party there, when I called to ask this specific question, the lady who answered was rude and basically told me I had to pay for everyone. I was looking at the platinum package. the max online is 20, this did not cover my parents and children so i opted out. I ended up purchasing all day tickets for Sunday. We arrive at 1pm, the gentleman in front was so nice. young black man with a from. It was going good in the beginning. That was until 2pm. it was getting PACKED. For the slides, matts are required, so we waited....and waited. The problem is, that there are staff members at the bottom of the slides, but do not ask for the matts of the children coming down, so essentially, the same kids coming down were going straight back up. The worker was allowing other children to just stand there as well with mats in their hand to wait for IDK who, they were literally there 10 minutes. one kid was crying and the employee said "I dot care if you cry that's not going to change things" anyway while waiting some of the employees started telling my group that we had to leave. So I walk to the nearest employee to me and she's standing the the initial entrance of the trampolines itself. I walk up to her with my phone in hand to show her my tickets(over $500 worth) and say "hey I'm here all day and were being asked to leave" And she basically tells me a have the wrong wrist band. but with an attitude. She then asks me to follow her to the desk and she is explain in front of the the situation and makes a hand gesture stating i SUPPOSEDLY have all passes. The woman at the counter offered to swap them after seeing my receipt. I she stated that I would swap them but she had to do it herself. So i told her i would be back with my party. The rude employee follows me and she's literally on my back. I turn around and say "I can get them myself" And she snapped back "I'm going to help you the fuck" with the rudest attitude. At that point I told her we were ok and I left. I knew nothing would come from telling a manager because the one at the desk didn't seem to care when she did the hand gesture. I felt extremely uncomfortable and humiliated for even asking for what I was entitled to. $513.00 for 2 hours was a waste. owner/ manager is a dick head !!!!!! we took my son here for his 7th birthday party, it was a tuesday so they weren't as busy, we drove two hours to get here , our boys were so excited , first incident was there credit card system was down so our card could not be processed right away took about 30 mins before they let our boys go jump while we wait to pay .. i will say the owner does not have any sympathy for anything, we had asked for all day passes for 6 people but ended up getting charged for 2 hours , they asked us to go change our wrist band when the time was up ..when we explained to the owner what had happened he didn't not care ..we had asked him for a discount since it was not our fault for waiting and being charged wrong ..the owner then told me you could have bought your tickets online so you wouldnt have had this problem !! he ended up letting our two little ones jump for a discount price but 4 others sat out due to having to pay again and we weren't paying again .. second incident ..the purple slides .. do not i mean do not let your little kid go down the purple slide on there back ..my son flew from the second bump hitting his head and back so hard on the last bumb ..the owner had witnesses it and we were told there a limit for kids going down ..(we were not told anything) so myself and my daughter went down the purple slide and we hit our heads on the edge of the pit and landed on our stomach hards from the last bump ! we told the owner that slide is way to waxed we witness other kids were getting hurt! his response was i waxed them and ive been doing this for 10 years they are fine! one of the employee told us that last saturday a kid was sent to the er due to the purple slide from slamming there head and back ! the owner is a dick head and should show sympathy to paying customers and the concerns of parents to help with saftey ! its a kids action park ! when parents are telling the owner that slide is to waxed and kids are getting hurt ..he could care less so please please watch your babies on the purple slide ! read more
