Lincoln discount tire made a what would be stressful situation easy to deal with and super manageable two days before going to discount tire my boyfriend and I went to the marina and he got a nail/massive industrial screw stuck in his tire the next day I blew out my tire entering the parking lot on Centinella and Venice, causing my sidewall to completely blow out. I called a few places and got in touch with Lincoln tire center and they had the best prices around town and the quickest service. I was able to get my car towed to them and by the next morning I had a brand new Perelli run flat tire for my BMW and they patched my boyfriend's tire within 20 minutes their price is even beat Costco! 10/10 would recommend them read more

I smelled gasoline while I was driving. I took the car to Lincoln Discount Tire & Complete Auto Repair. The owner Siran told me it's a safety issue because it could cause a fire and because of health concerns. I left the car in the morning. I compared prices and customer service. My first stop which was just to plug a tire (estimate $25) made me wait an hour and then wanted to charge me $2300 (for four new tires, alignment, etc.). Ridiculous. So I went to Lincoln Discount Tire. From the moment I walked into the shop, I met the store manager (her name is Ms. Siran), the technicians Tomas and Angel, they treated me with dignity, accuracy and knowledge. I changed my four tires and got an alignment with a technician named Hakob. They are terrific. Honest. They treated a dozen other customers the same way as myself. This is where you are going to want to go if you need a new tire, if you need to change all four tires, if your car needs an alignment. We brought our 99 Ranger in for shocks and leaf springs after having just done all four tires, ball joints, and control arms. We were happy with the work until we left there, went to dinner, and came back to find our truck had rolled out of its parking space due to a faulty emergency brake! When we brought it back the next morning, they claimed they hadn't worked on it so they weren't responsible. But the shocks and leaf springs are all along where the ebrake cable is and it had worked flawlessly until that job. AND, that day they got under the truck, tinkered around for a bit, sprayed some WD 40 and voila! The ebrake was magically fixed. They provided us the information for a shady insurance company that claimed they didn't work on the ebrake so they weren't liable. They're dishonest, shady, and clearly incompetent. I asked how much the battery was and labor and they got super defensive and wouldn't answer. Basically said they only wanted to talk to my gf. Lincoln Discount Tire jacked up the price of my tire repair by an extra, unauthorized $140. They did not call to get approval for any extra work or any extra hours. They took my car saying they could do the repair work. When I go back to pick up my car ... they tell me that I had to pay an extra charge of $140 or I would not get my car back. I complained because I did not agree to any extra hours or extra work. The counter person referred me to her mom. The mother tells me, "Yes, you have to pay the extra." The mother told me that her employee didn't know how to adjust the tire pressure sensors. That it took him extra hours. I had to pay her, at her tire place, for her guy, to learn how to do his job, without my authorization. I complained to her that I have to pay, when they admit they did not call me to get authorization. She said, "Yes". In my opinion these people are total criminals, I feel that they are going to rip you off, and steal from you, the way that they did to me. I am very unhappy with what I feel was a total criminal act. Protect yourself. Don't get ripped off like I did. There are five other tire company's less than 1 mile from their business.
