    I was referred to this body shop by USAA, and this turned into one of the worst service experiences…read moreI've had. They had me sign a stack of paperwork full of fine print without clearly explaining key policies. Only after the repairs were done -- when I came to pick up my car -- did they tell me they do NOT accept credit cards. They demanded payment by cash, money order, or check only. That is completely unacceptable. Who expects customers to carry or produce a large amount of cash without any clear warning? There was no proper verbal explanation, no visible signage, and nothing highlighted before I signed. This feels intentionally misleading. When I asked to pay by credit card, they refused and hid behind the paperwork. Even worse, their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful -- at one point it felt like they were laughing at us instead of helping resolve the issue. I also question why a business in 2026 would refuse all credit card payments and only accept cash, money orders, or checks. It raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Because of this, I was forced to withdraw a large amount of cash, which is unsafe and unreasonable. This place has terrible communication, questionable business practices, and zero respect for customers. I will never return. I will also be reporting this to USAA for referring customers to a shop that operates like this. They should seriously reconsider who they partner with.
