It used to be that I was seen within 10 to 15 minutes of my appointment, but now, with Dr. Wiley, it is over an hour to 90 minutes. My new shoes were returned to me within 2- 3 weeks, but today is 106 days since ordering, and the office manager refuses to return my calls - seven in the last seven business days. I always get someone off-site who says the office manager will return my call promptly, but that has yet to happen. If this type of service continues, I will be seeking another doctor and practice.

Just try to call and see where your call gets routed to??? I only had to have my orthotics reconditioned, I had to pay for an office visit (which was totally useless and content free) but OK, I guess every foot doctor that works for a practice like this is pushed to generate revenue. I had my first pair reconditioned for $100 and the next pair was sent in 30 days later and they were $125. (A 25% price increase in 30 days).??? To top that off, they never called to say they were ready, so I had to call them, which took 3 calls. It is so evident that the new ownership group/private equity has combined multiple practices and deliver very poor support and service. When you are there it just "feels" like 2nd or 3rd tier operation. I will certainly NOT be back, was good, BUT NO LONGER.

My physical Therapist was nice and gave me good instructions on how to heal. One thing I did notice is that all the therapist were doing the same stretches on everyone of the clients which means yo me the therapist are all on a script so it felt like a factory. My husband is a runner and also recently needed help for tendonitis in the arch of his foot. He was open to questions and conversed collaboratively with us. He generously gave his time to answer our questions. I let him know that I was getting great complimentary care from Josh at Architech Sports Physical Therapy in Cornelius, and he listened to that attentively, and then he provided me with suggestions for the type of footwear I should wear now, explained proper injury care (ice, Epsom salt baths etc.) mentioned exercises to avoid and gave me helpful anti-inflammatories. My x-rays revealed a smaller spur than I had anticipated, so I will follow his recommendations and see how I progress on my own from here. He didn't push for an unnecessary follow-up like some physicians do, and I appreciated that. We're so happy we found Dr. Quist!

I am a little over one year post-op of my total knee replacement. At my first appointment, and…read moreafter looking over my x-rays, Dr. Zlotnicki entered the exam room. He introduced himself and explained what my x-rays revealed. He then said he was glad I came in and proceeded to talk about pain management options. I chose to have knee surgery, at which time he cited his availability to do my surgery. My surgery went well and so did my follow up appointments. During one of my appointments, I asked for additional physical therapy to help increase my knee bend. One year later, and with the extra physical therapy, I feel good and have returned to many of my normal activities. My experience with Dr. Zlotnicki was very positive.

She has not heard anything back from the office about a pre-authorization so she contacted the insurance company and they have not received anything either to date so she has been trying to get in touch with the doctors office multiple times with no answer most of the time or on hold forever, has contacted the insurance company multiple times with them trying to contact the doctors office because they have received no authorization request. The insurance has contacted the doctors office and each time been passed around from department to department after being on the phone for long durations each time and would have to hang up due to time waiting. Dr. Z is Great but there office logistically sucks! My wife is seeking another doctor as well as a different hospital system. Patient's beware Caromont is very lacking in Patient Service!!!

The first and maybe last person you see on your visit is the receptionist/ scheduler. I almost always see Della Sitterly. I do not know where she gets her patience; she's probably only helped me set up my portal five times. (I am going for a record). She works with everyone on upcoming appointments and never fails to go back and check on that one piece of information someone (me) forgot to remember. No sigh of frustration, just kindness whether on phone or in person. Then, if Stacy is your FNP, Megan Poole is your nurse. She continues the pattern of patience and kindness, as she takes your vitals, writes down questions and chats so you never feel rushed or inconvenient. She always seems to have cool new shoes or a nifty scrubs outfit. What I really like, is if my BP is unusually high first time around, she just quietly moves onto other things to give me time to settle in and, surprisingly, second times the charm and my numbers come down. I really appreciate that. Stacy Herrin, DNP, FNP-C is my treating source. She is kind, non judgemental, LISTENS, makes time to answer questions and amazingly seems to be familiar with my file before entering the room. Stacy follows up, recommends action or specialists if needed, is always responsive to me asking for refills or having a question O forgot to ask. And I don't think she has ever been late for my appointment (I know sometimes that's just an occupational hazard). Again, I never feel rushed or too much trouble. Calm, respectful, consideration with a touch of humor seems to be a personnel characteristic. I am older, so my life seems to be full of doctors appointments and we see each other a few times a year. I always look forward to seeing everyone. Highly recommend the Lincoln Internal Medicine for your family. I am sure everyone there provides the same excellent service.
