The worst nail service. She shaped half of my nails like cofin, half oval. Why does she even have a permission to work at a nail salon ? My nails are not even length; width or shape. I told her to fix two of my nails which looked very different from the others, one on my nails overlapped another. On which she said that it is just my fingers. Apparently, all of my fingers are crooked. The nail technician didn't even know how to file nails properly. She sawed my actual (not gel) nails instead of filling them prior to applying the dipping powder. The unprofessional way of working with my nails ended up being very painful and when I took the nail off (on the way to another salon) I found out that my finger was bleeding. I am not sure what happened to the place I used to go to, clearly new owners do not care about their customers. I would advise everyone to stay as far away from the place as possible. read more

I live about an hour away and just happened to be in the area with my 10 year old niece and they were able to take us in and even had an adorable massage chair just for her size. I left school early to go to be there right at 2:30. I then waited an hour and tried to talk to an employee. They had walkins coming in and getting done before me and then woman accross from me was the only reason why i got my nails done. she yelled at the mad ignoring me and a lot of other people started to chime in. I was so excited when I saw the coming soon sign for this nail salon in Lincoln. I was also a bit skeptical. Let me tell you this, it was worth the wait. It's a beautiful salon with an incredibly professional and well run team. It's run by a family that all moved up to NH together from boston. I get pedicures pretty frequently. I was on vacation with my family and brought my daughters here to get spa pedicures. I kid you not, this was the best spa pedicure I've ever gotten. I can't comment on their general mani/pedi, but the spa pedicure was incredible. It included a hot stone massage. It was amazing. I'm back home and it's been three days and my feet still feel like I just got the pedicure. I can't say enough about this place. In addition to that.. it's very clean, relaxing and the family that runs it is really nice. I suggest making an appointment especially if you have more than one person because this place is popular. My husband, daughter and I went in this past weekend and we had a GREAT experience. It was hard to find another nail salon that could do all of us at the same time! I was in the area for a weekend getaway and my friend and I wanted mani/pedis. I called a few days ahead and made an appointment. We arrived a little early and they were ready for us. I had a very nice pedicure. For my mani, I wanted some pretty complicated nail art. My nail tech did an AMAZING job. My nails are so pretty! I wish they'd look like this forever. My daughter and I stopped in as a walk in for pedicures and were told they weren't able to take us with a blanket statement "you can come back", not a "let me book you for an appointment later". This happened last spring when I came in, long before posted closing time, with an illuminated OPEN sign, and was told they couldn't take me for a pedi because they were closing early. I have never posted a yelp review but I feel I needed to share my experience from today. This was the worst nail experience of my whole life. First I asked the man to not cut my nails because I have a bad habit of biting my nails so for me having my nails long is a big deal but he insisted that if I wanted them square they had to be cut. Then after the gel polish was on he filed the edges of my nails so all of the edges are rough and bumpy. Then he kept dumping rubbing alcohol over my whole hand instead of putting it on just the nails once they were done. He did this multiple times because he only did two fingers at a time so every time my hand came out from the UV light with polish he put more rubbing alcohol on my hand. After the rubbing alcohol was dumped on my nails for a fourth time I told the man to stop and that I was done here. Then my mother had to come over and tell him to stop because he continued to do it. After this I went to the sink immediately to wash my hands. Then I showed the owner how shitty my nails looked and told me she could take it off but I was still going to have to pay. I was scammed!!! I will start out on a positive note by saying that my nails turned out nice and my nail tech did a good job. However, this place has horrible customer service. As we were getting our nails done, we first saw a bridal party come in for a pedicure appointment that they booked well in advance, and the nail tech lost their appointment and turned them away with just a "sorry". No coupon, no trying to reschedule, nothing. We also saw a group of three who also had an appointment walk out because they had been waiting so long after their scheduled time. When it came time to check out, we looked on the giant sign next to the desk. We both got acrylic fills, which was listed as $20. We thought this was somewhat high since they are usually $15 for an average salon and $20 for a more high end salon, but that was fine. We handed the nail tech $62, $20 for each of us, a $20 tip, and $2 to the cute little girl who helped us pick out a color. She looks at the money and says to us"this is only enough for one of you. It is $40 each." That is more expensive than what they even have listed for a full set. We are pointing at the sign saying that is not what is is listed as, which made no sense and is actually illegal and false advertising. She explained they were new owners and the prices went up, which was a complete lie because they handed us a brochure with their "new prices" and surprise, an acrylic fill was listed as $20! After much arguing they eventually took $5 off the price, so we ended up paying the same as a full set, which is still $15 over charged and completely uncalled for. To test the fact that we indeed just got scammed, we had a friend call the salon when we got home. They asked for an acrylic fill and what the cost would be, and was told $20. Then they asked what would a $40 acrylic fill/manicure get her, and the tech seemed confused and said no it is only $20. Also we didn't get any upgrades, just regular average nail polish, weren't offered a water or beverage, didn't get any lotion or hand massages, it was honestly the most basic manicure I've ever had. We may have been chosen as the ones to be scammed because we were from out of town, or because they lost so many other customers that day, but that is illegal and this place needs to be shut down or reevaluate your morals and proper business practices. read more

I'm a west coast, city girl in the area visiting my in-laws and asked for a suggestion for a nail place. This was the shop they told me about and I am so glad they did!!! What a lovely experience. The staff are friendly, the establishment is clean, comfortable and huge! I never felt rushed or that I was just one of many people stuck in a chair. The manicure and pedicure were the best I've ever had. The foot massage was fabulous and the attention to detail on my nails was top notch. Went for gel nail extensions on 1/29/16. Turns out they gave my acrylic nail extensions and charged me for gel! This was my first time getting gel nail extensions. After some research it turns out what they told me was gel really was acrylic. I am so bummed and sad. I was trusting their expertise and feel like I was taken advantage of. read more
