Horrific experience with office manager out of Lincoln, refusing to give my kids their flu vaccines until we paid an outstanding bill that THEY BILLED TO THE WRONG INSURANCE and insisted it was my error. This has happened twice prior in my 6.5 years of bringing my children to this practice but I never EVER would have thought they would put a bill above my children's well being, especially one that was in THEIR ERROR. Love Dr. Maranzano but will be going elsewhere because of the office staff. read more

My kids have been patients here for 6+ years and I'm happy with them. The doctors truly care about their patients (especially my favorite, Dr Madras) and the office staff does their best to get your sick kid in ASAP. Are they perfect? No, but what healthcare provider in this day and age is? Sometimes there's a little bit of wait to be seen, but that doesn't matter to me because whenever there's been an emergency my kids are always seen immediately and in non-emergent situations, by the time my kids are seen, the doctors always spend quality time with them. The only reason they aren't a perfect 5 stars is because there often is a wait if you don't schedule your appointment first thing in the day, but if I could give a half star I would. These doctors and nurses care about their patients and families and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our family has grown with this practice, from nervous first time parents to older kids with crazy allergies and I've never felt like our kids' health and well being wasn't the physicians' top priority. Now I'm off to give them a call to deal with season allergy issues :) read more

Terrible office. The front desk employees are exceptionally rude. The final straw: I received a call on a Friday confirming my daughter's appointment for the following Monday. Monday comes 2 hours before her appointment I receive a call stating that I can't be seen today. "Why? Is the doctor not there?" I ask. "No its because you have a bill in collections" A bill that I repeatedly told them to put through the insurance bc my daughter was covered at the time. So they wanted to cancel my ONE and A HALF year old's appointment and tell me that I needed to find a new provider all because of THEIR error. Avoid this place if you can. read more

We see Dr. Hines at the Lincoln office and couldn't be happier! Being new to RI and pregnant with our first, we decided to check out Lincoln Pediatrics based on a recommendation from our midwife. We found out that they host "open house" nights for expecting parents, so we decided to go. It was super helpful; they answered a ton of questions and were so friendly that we made our decision to use this practice that night. Our daughter was born in July, so we've now been seeing Dr. Hines for 6 months. We love that he always answers our questions and really takes the time to talk to us. We never feel rushed or uncomfortable. We always leave thinking "wow, we really lucked out with a great pediatrician!" Bottom line: If you're looking for a pediatrician, check out Lincoln Pediatrics. At the very least you can attend an open house night and decide for yourself. :) read more

I have no issues with the care at Lincoln Pediatrics, however, my experience with the office manager (Christine) has been horrendous. After bringing my children to this office for 18 years, she sent a $40.00 bill to collections, which negatively affected my credit. This bill resulted from an office visit that was missed due to another family member's health problem. It was the first time in 18 years that they have ever missed a visit. The office claimed to have left a reminder message on my home phone recorder, however, my home phone is not even connected since we use our cell phones. I told the office manager that I wanted to speak directly to Dr. Sowa prior to paying this bill and I wrote to Dr. Sowa on two occasions to discuss this bill, but received absolutely no response. Within a month, I started receiving a bill from an attorney's office. I am extremely disappointed that I was treated in this manner-very disheartening!!! read more

I get a bill for the amount that has been already paid.. Be watchful with the bill sent by them to make sure you are not double paying the same amount... Also, they switch doctors very often and for my kids, we didn't get to see the same doctor every time of visit.. Overall, my experience with them is BAD... read more

We had an awful experience. My daughters primary care pediatrician is located at the Lincoln, RI office, but for a sick visit they only had availability in the north attleboro office. The male doctor we saw there was incredibly rude and belittling. I look younger than I am. I am 27, but this doctor treated me like I was some young mom who didn't know my child. And what if i was a young mom? i shouldn't be treated differently. i brought my newly turned 2 year old in with a possible UTI and bladder infection. When I told the doctor that she had said it hurt when she peed and she was having lots of accidents despite being potty trained and most of all she was just not herself. Crying often, needy, and emotional. Very quick to melt down. He laughed at me saying that her being out of sorts was not a real symptom to consider and that she appeared fine. How dare he ignore my mothers instinct. To appease me they had a urine culture sent to a lab. This was on a Friday morning and they said they would call me first thing Monday morning. No one called me. I called several times that afternoon only to get a busy signal. Finally got a hold of them on Tuesday morning. The nurse didn't know what I was talking about and had to call me back after she looked into it. Sure enough the results came back with a positive infection. I was livid. How could they have not called me? I have a sick toddler waiting for a diagnosis and treatment. Unacceptable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this, the nurse disregarded everything I said and just went on to explain that my daughter would need a follow up appt. she didn't even apologize. We will not be going to this office again. read more
