I couldn't decide whether to rate this dentist on her dental work, or bedside manner, but I thought…read morethat it was more important to bring up the latter-so here goes. Well...I remember the first time I took my boys here, it was ok. They had check ups (I couldn't be in the exam room during the treatment processes ever) and then we met with Dr. Sveen and talked to her. This was the one and ONLY ONE time I spoke to her face to face with her over probably the 4 years we were parents there. When we came back for return visits, or my child had cavities or had to get a procedure done, I was always informed by the Dental Assistant. Then brace yourself for any return appointments you make, because most likely you will be there for up to two hours. I'd say that the dental work was good? The staff was very nice. But I remember Dr. Sveen not being very personable when I met her, and obviously so because she can't even pop her head out to say hello and tell you what she just did with your kids teeth; she has to relay it through her Assistant and she is the only dentist in the office!!! So anyway, you can decide. It's alright, but plan on never personally talking to the dentist and long waits in the office.

I was treated so badly at another place and they almost seemed like they made it there personal mission to right that wrong and I couldn't be more grateful and humbled by how they have treated me. When you go to these people you become family to them and they make it their business to get your teeth or rather mouth in the best shape it can possibly be in. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in this area. And they won't charge you for something that you don't need. They understand the value of a dollar and that people do or don't have insurance, so they work with you on that also. There is literally nothing bad that I can say about my experience with any of the people that has worked on me, and that has been quite a lot of them so far. I have to say that I love them all like family already. On your first visit they take your picture, on your second visit when you walk in the door the receptionist calls you by your first name before you have a chance to say who you are! That is how good they are. And they are genuine people, not someone who asks how you are because they have to be polite. I am not a very social or outgoing person, and I haven't lived here but going on four years. I have two friends because I don't trust people easily. But these people put me to ease right away and I trust everyone that has worked on me. I also would say that I consider the receptionist to be my third friend. For me you would be saying that is more than a five star, and Dr. Plooster who is now semi-retired, I can't even begin to tell you what he has done for me. He has given me a confidence back that I lost a long time ago. Dr. Hoffman took over and has learned from Dr. Plooster and I have to say that he is also a pleasure and ladies a very single (I think) and handsome man. I am old enough to be his mom, but he is going to be a force to behold and I can't wait to see what he does now and in the future. If you haven't gotten yourself a dental facility then you had better hurry up and try to get in here because they will be full very soon!

Service is MUCH quicker than the dental college and over the years I've come to know the ladies who work there. You can tell they enjoy working together. I have a sense of familiarity and comfort when I visit. I also don't know if this is something all dental practices do, but the dentist is sure to visit each patient and double check the teeth after the hygienist takes a look and cleans. I feel like I always have time to ask the questions I need to as well and they are very gentle in regards to what makes you comfortable or not. They are not pushy. Though it's not a pediatric dentist office, my 4 year old does great and has started going back on his own. Our hygienist is Tiffany and we love her bubbly personality. She always makes me feel so good about my teeth and my dental hygiene.

The prices was only to make the denture set. I asked for the price of a regular top denture and snap on bottom denture. They quoted me $2500.00 for the regular top denture and then $7500.00 for the bottom snap on denture.
