Dr. Dundas is a wonderful vet and person - if you go there make sure you see her. I had an unfortunate incident with Adam and won't be back until they fire him. He gave my pet unnecessary shots and didn't give the shot we came for. He was dismissive and took my pet into the back without me. When I realized that the shot we came for hadn't been given and called I was initially told to make another appointment. the office receptionist retired and the current receptionist doesn't acknowledge when you walk in the door. I've spoken to Dr. Dundas about the experience and she was understanding and I appreciate her reaching out to let me know that the issues would be addressed. However, if Adam is still at the practice I won't go back. It was just too upsetting for both me and my pet. I waited months to post this review, waiting to calm down and get a better perspective but I still feel the same about going back. It is unfortunate since it was the best and most caring place for such a long time. read more

I can't say enough about Lincolndale Vet Center. Dr. Dundas is a true professional with a great depth and knowledge of cats and dogs. She is also a compassionate and caring Doctor that can guide you to the best care for your fur babies. I can't say enough about how responsive Dina and Karyn are as well. The entire staff is lovely and kind - the only place I'd take my fur babies! Pets are family too! This place is outstanding! I just walked in and spoke to the staff about a beautiful cat that I found left in a hot parking lot during the extreme heat wave of temps over 100 degrees. I need to get this handsome boy vaccinated, neutered and a complete exam for a clean bill of health so that we can find him a permanent loving home! They provided me with a beyond reasonable estimate and a fast appointment to get this little man ready for adoption! They even offered to help post him for adoption! This is certainly the kind of veterinarian that all customers strive to find for their little furry loves! Thank you for your outstanding, dedicated professional service! My daughter's pet rabbit became very sick during a recent snowstorm. The office staff were very prompt in returning my message and made arrangements to see our rabbit as soon as the office opened. Sammie had what could have been a lethal tooth infection, and though their clinic does not specialize in small animals, Dr. Sarfaty was more than capable of treating our pet. She and her staff treated Sammie and my daughter, who was visibly distraught over Sammie's illness, with the utmost kindness and respect. The good news is that Sammie has made a full recovery, and if he could talk, he would agree that he received the best care at this center. The staff are wonderful and their prices are more than reasonable. read more

Compassion, kindness, the utmost professionalism and expertise...I could go on and on. Our family of pets has been a part of the Lincolndale Veterinary family for a long time. Very recently we had to send our dog to find her peace after a long illness. Every staff member of this practice made facing our difficult journey as manageable and comfortable as possible for us all. Dr. Sarfety spent countless hours researching every possible treatment, always giving us the option of next steps to take, consistently keeping us informed by explaining all procedures and treatments in detailed lay terms, ensuring we understood everything, and most of all, treating our pup as if she was her own. We are confident our Cinnamon received THE BEST care possible. And when no stone was left unturned, after 13 of the most loving years, it was time for Cinnamon to leave us, we couldn't have asked for a more caring and gentle means of letting go. Dr. Shane was so warm and compassionate. Although a heartbreaking experience, she helped us cope with our loss in the kindest, most caring manner. My heartfelt thanks to Drs. Sarfety and Shane, and their amazingly loving staff -- hugs to Dina, Karyn and Dani --- truly wonderful "family".
