All I can say is "WOW!" After years of just picking my insurance off a list at work, I finally had to shop the exchange for coverage. This is a task one looks forward to like a root canal. Linda was a referral from someone I trust, but I was still blown away by how helpful she was. In nothing flat, she had recommendations based on my needs. She is very knowledgeable, and provided thoughtful answers to all my questions. And, being an engineer, I tend to ask a lot. She was proactive, nudging me to make a decision in time to transition my insurance, and she responded to email questions in seconds flat. Most of all, she knows how to work the system. When it was clear that the insurance wasn't going to properly reflect the right primary doctor (and there was a risk my election would be delayed by a month), she jumped on the phone and got the insurance to fix it, all before the policy went into effect. I didn't even have to ask. I can only imagine how many mind-numbing insurance-phone-call-hours she saved me. I give Linda Karp five stars. She obtained for us the most affordable and best health insurance for ourselves and our employee for our business health insurance plan (which also covers our entire family, since we are self-employed). She clearly knows her stuff and has been doing this for a long time. The health insurance policies and terms are so confusing, it's hard to compare them and know which one is better without the help of an experienced agent like Linda. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of the policies and her awareness of the tricks and fine print to be aware of made all the difference. When we had a claim denied, she went to bat for us with the insurance company and got it resolved for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is also very warm and friendly and spends time with her clients making sure you understand everything. She is honest and even told me not to take a more expensive policy because it wasn't worth it, even though her commission from the insurance company is based on the amount we spend. I know that whatever she tells me, it's the truth and she is thinking of my best interests, not hers. Linda has been incredible. My wife and I were insurance-less while I was switching jobs. She got us both on great plans with literally ZERO hassle. When it came time to get on my companies insurance, she took a look at the plan and compared it to the current plan that my wife was on.
