My wallpaper was scheduled to be installed the next day, so I had my fingers crossed the Wallpaper Store might have something available in stock that I liked. Amazingly, they had the exact wallpaper in stock, at virtually same price. I had wrongly assumed I would save money by ordering online. Next time I am shopping for wallpaper this will be my first stop. Both of the staff members were so friendly and helpful. They have many papers in stock and countless samples.

It is grass cloth paper. When I called to complain about the mismatch Kevin tried to convince me that they checked the dye lot and this type of wallpaper has different color variations. My theory is when the installer needed another roll they just took it off the shelf without checking if it matched. It is obvious looking at the wall there are two different colors. I would never do business with that business again. He refused to make it right. He is not a pleasant business owner. I wish I had seen previous reviews. I certainly am not the only customer that is unhappy with their service.
