She graduated some PT training with them, gave me much anxiety when her legs would hurt her, and they were always the very best at sending her home with me happy and healthy. Sadly, the last time I brought her here, it was too late to save her. Nessie was a Bernese Mountain Dog and she had hemangiosarcoma which was undiagnosed. Her symptoms the morning of her passing was primarliy lethargy, not wanting food, and pale gums. Within moments of me realizing she wasn't doing well, I got her into the car and sped to the hospital. As we were driving her symptoms got worse and I called ahead to ask for immediate help. The team was out front when we arrived and we got her onto a gurnee. I wiped out one of her eye boogers and told her I'd be right there to take care of her. Nessie sadly didn't make it to surgery. Her heart gave out before we could help her. But I know she got the best way to leave this earth as she was barely in pain and she wouldn't have liked the cancer treatment we were planning for her. The team did a really good job helping me through the hardest thing I've ever been through. My one regret is I wish I had woken earlier that day and tried to get her help faster. But sometimes things don't go the way we want. I hope if you're in need of urgent care, you can get your pup here swiftly and allow the team to do their very best. It's a hard job these Vets and the team have, taking care of our sweet angels. I've put off on writing this review as even though it's been three months, still feels very fresh to not have my sweetheart by my side. Thank you team for all your help. She was the very best girl.

Based on her bloodwork, her liver enzymes were heavily elevated. We had her there for about 2 days then got her because we were waiting on lab results and we knew we wanted her at home after a few days. Although it was a pricey visit. She was well taken care of. We still don't know why she didn't want to eat or anything not by the fault of the hospital or anything. Our dog is just a mystery. We had a follow up and liver enzymes had decreased which was a good sign. Our dog is still with us but not sure for how much longer since she is a senior dog who still refuses to eat her kidney food. But we are doing what we can but we are happy with the way our dog was treated here. Everyone was very nice and attentive and answered all of our questions.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE…read more Our dog Jordan was severely attacked at daycare here and required emergency surgery. She had 14 wounds requiring staples, and several of them needed drains. There was severe muscle tissue damage, and the vet bills were nearly 3K. Laura claimed that the attack was stopped immediately, but the damage resembled that from a prolonged attack. She did nothing to seek out medical care for our dog, and only left us a voicemail stating that Jordan had been in a "little tiff" with another dog. Once we got Jordan home, it was obvious that this had not been a little tiff, and that she needed care immediately. She could barely walk and had wounds all over her body. Laura repeatedly tried to downplay the seriousness of the situation, refusing to call it an itattack, and stating that sometimes dogs get too excited and nip at one another. This clearly wasn't the case here. Jordan, nearly 11, has never hurt fly, so not only did she not provoke the attack, but the damage was extensive and more than just the result of few nips. The vet seemed shocked by the amount of damage done. Jordan remained under their care for 24 hours, several of which she was in surgery. I could go on and on about the pitiful response to this situation by Laura, but I'll let the picture speak for itself. I would never risk putting my dogs lives in Laura's hands again. I understand that sometimes things happen with dogs, but this was extreme, and Laura handled it terribly to say the least. Please don't make the same mistake we did. Go somewhere else. Edit: I will say that we were eventually reimbursed, but not by Laura. We were reimbursed by the other dogs owner, and only because we filed a report with animal control and they pressed charges. I still have the voicemail Laura left my wife after the attack. There's nothing serious about it. I'll share it with anyone who doubts my review. Jordan has healed physically at this point, but she is incredibly anxious around other dogs now. She probably always will be. If my wife thought Jordan was fine initially, it's because you told her there were two bite marks, and she had her hands full picking up three dogs at once, so she couldn't verify your claim until she got home. There were 14 bite marks requiring staples. More if you counted the minor ones. If you had given Jordan more than a few seconds of attention following the attack, you would have known it was more than two. You should also avoid using quotation marks so carelessly when I doubt you remember my wife's exact words. If she thought Jordan was ok, it was only because she took your word for it. I'm certain that your voicemail, which is an actual recording, is more accurate than your memory. I understand that you have a business to maintain, but this might not be the best situation for you to be arguing about .

I thought this was just nuts, and didn't have time in case our dog wasn't "worthy" or their kennel to find another place! Luckily, a coworker recommended Beds and Biscuits, and we were able to see the facility and meet the staff. Their rates are very affordable, including the extras like a wash and a brush. Furthermore, if you simply check these things when customers make the appointment rather than waiting until they drive all the way there to say you feel there is an issue (especially when there wasnt) to turn them away rather than simply letting them have time to provide whatever documentation is needed then you wouldn't have list a customer. Pretty Eyes is READY to get CLEANED with special shampoos and conditioners. The on duty gentleman scurried towards the back to clean the plethora of previous customers, while stating, they have been inundated with Doggy Washes this day. NO Problem for a few moment wait. I unleash my Service dog and open the gate, she is off to her favorite side, jumps in and waits. I must mention, the water hose is "Very Durable" a bit stiff in operating, although they are generous in offering aprons, expect to get a bit wet and be prepare in managing the volume first before starting the wash including your choices of shampoo/conditioners. Yet, the choices are wonderful, from Oatmeal shampoo to shampoo/conditioner in same bottle and more! Ready to towel off! They do have a LONG hose for drying, it is a pitched sound, your dog may or may not care for, HAVE YOUR TOWELS READY! This is a fun time, and NO RUSH. Their set up "A Bucket" for all the fur no longer needed, a place to toss your wet towels and leave your bucket or return the bucket to the front desk. GREAT SERVICE.
