I'll start off by saying that Kevin did my nails both times and he did a good job. However, this time I decided to bring my mom with me. We had appointments at 12 and Kevin took me back to do my nails on time. However, 30 minutes pass and my mom is still waiting... I understand that some appointments end up running late but the fact that Kim (the one doing my moms nails) didn't really say anything or apologize is odd. As my moms nails were getting done, Kim was FaceTiming someone the ENTIRE TIME and not even looking at her nails! She got done much quicker than I did (even though her manicure started later) and when my mom was done, she noticed a rigid, uneven part on her thumb. She asks Kim very nicely if she'll fix it, and she does.... But gives my mom attitude about it and tried to blame her and said that she bumped it. SOOOOO RIDICULOUS!!! Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.
