Kim does a great job. Good prices. Very clean salon. I have always been able to get same day appointments.

It sucks because my first time coming here (June 30th) was amazing, and this past weekend I came again and it was a pretty bad experience. I'll start off by saying that Kevin did my nails both times and he did a good job. However, this time I decided to bring my mom with me. We had appointments at 12 and Kevin took me back to do my nails on time. However, 30 minutes pass and my mom is still waiting... I understand that some appointments end up running late but the fact that Kim (the one doing my moms nails) didn't really say anything or apologize is odd. As my moms nails were getting done, Kim was FaceTiming someone the ENTIRE TIME and not even looking at her nails! She got done much quicker than I did (even though her manicure started later) and when my mom was done, she noticed a rigid, uneven part on her thumb. She asks Kim very nicely if she'll fix it, and she does.... But gives my mom attitude about it and tried to blame her and said that she bumped it. SOOOOO RIDICULOUS!!! After that whole fiasco, we were told by Kim that we MUST pay via Venmo (which is not true, they take other methods of payment they just want to avoid taxes) so after we walked out, we said that we'd probably never go back again, such a shame honestly! read more

I've geek going to Kim since 2013 and I would drive 4 hours home from college once a month or every other month to get my nails done with her because they know my awful nail biting habits!! I live in Harrisburg and still visit home to get my nails done with Kim. These can last me up to 2 months and this salon needs way more positive reviews. They're the best, and not to mention, they have wine!!! read more

went with a friend for pedicures on 1/13/25 at 1pm. Greeted right away. First time there for my friend, and about 3 yrs since I had been here. I had a gift certificate that I found in my desk so I thought I would give it a try again. Several times my friend was wincing in pain during the cuticle cutting, and the grater used on both of us cut the back of my right heel. She told me when she got home and removed her sock it was bloody. Now I remember why I switched to another salon. read more

Very poor customer service. What salon tells you and a 5 year old they can take you only to come over 15 minutes after picking out colors and sitting there that they can't take you. My daughter left crying. Apparently regulars showed up and we got bumped. I will make sure I tell everyone for the next few weeks about how you treated in particular a child. The worst gel manicure I've ever had. The polish began to come off in chunks one and one-half days after it was applied. Also, the manicurist nicked my cuticles twice and some blood was trapped in the polish. This was particularly upsetting because I was on my way to a wedding and had no way to get back to have the gel repaired. Overall a terrible experience. read more

Paid $35 for my daughter to get a 10 minute pedicure that chipped in less than 2 days. Eye gauge with prices and no set menu posted anywhere and they say pick a color then they said because it has silver cap that is $5 more; nothing posted anywhere to say that either. My pedicure and manicure look like a 5 year did them and manicure chipped in 3 days and is cracking everywhere. Worst salon; major rip off; never again! hopefully this review will help others to pick a different place to get their nails done at. read more

Tony's daughter did my nails during my first visit. She was relatively pleasant, but the gel manicure was opaque in certain spots and sheer in others. As I prefer a completely opaque manicure and had read good things about Tony's technique, I booked my next appointment with Tony for a dip manicure instead. The dip mani lasted nearly 2.5 weeks, so if longevity is a concern for you, then book with Tony for dip. My main complaint, though, and why I will never return, involves my eyebrows. I grew out my brows for over a year into a lovely, full, elongated "V" shape. I asked Tony to clean them up. When I looked into the mirror after the wax, I was in horror (but tried to hide it on my face). My left brow was a thinner "V," while my right brow had become a skinny upside-down "U." All of my hard work, gone! Boom! With one terrible wax job just over two months before my wedding, I was left to start over. I cried in the car on the way home and am still growing my right brow back in, over a month after the Wax from Hell. Moral of the story? Book with Tony for a dip manicure if you like opacity and longevity. DO NOT LET THAT MAN TOUCH YOUR EYEBROWS, THOUGH! read more

Me and my daughter have been going here for a few years. We generally get gel manicures every 2-3 weeks. I thought that would make me a valued customer but apparently not. We waited 1 hour past our scheduled appointment because they felt the need to "fit in" 3 mani/pedis ahead of us. That is completely unacceptable and rude! As if our time is not valuable? They deceived us by putting on the foil on our nails for polish removal about 20 minutes into the wait. Absurd! We will move our business to another salon. read more

I had a very bad experience with this salon. I went with tips on (I have dip) and they took al my tips off. & said "this is how we do things" I left that day & the top coat chipped. I went back that day to get it fixed then it chipped again and had to go back the next day they aren't exactly close. I feel this salon cares way more about the money than the actual client. high quality products and services. My dip powder manicure from T ha lasts at least 4 weeks, at other salons I've been lucky to get 3 weeks. staff is friendly and the owner knows everyone by name. My only suggestion would be to have swatches of the dip powder colors. It's hard to choose a color based off the jar as that's not what the color actually looks like. read more

Having moved to the area from Washington DC about two months ago, I was looking for a good place to have powder dipped nails done. I was having a hard time finding a local salon that did this process. Luckily one of my neighbors mentioned T Ha so I made an appointment and I'm very glad I did. The salon is extremely clean and professional. I got an appointment exactly when I wanted it. The staff was very friendly and my technician did a great job on my nails. This salon will certainly be my go to place from now on. read more

If I could give less than a star I would... first after being told to come back for an appointment, I waited for 30 minutes. Then my 9 year old daughter picked colors that the woman said we would be charged extra for, so I told my daughter to choose another polish. The woman then berated her saying "the other ones are better." After our manicures, my daughter and I left bleeding. They changed me $35 for a child's mani/pedi and $62 for mine. $20 more than I usually pay elsewhere at highly regarded nail salons. When I mentioned my disappointment - (there was no pricing in the brochure for a child's manicure and the woman seemed to make it up) I was told they have superior nail polish and filtered water. We both had OPI nail polish, which all salons have. Save yourself the hassle and skip this place. Horrible!!!!! read more

I went to T Ha with my mom as thats where she goes, and her nails always look amazing and uniform. I got a full set of ´´coffin´´ shaped acrylics although the shape was honestly terrible. They have very few colors to choose from and the nails were cracking and lifting after one week. The customer service was very good and they were very kind. They had TVs playing christmas movies and the salon was very clean. read more

DONT LISTEN TO LINDA K (comment at the bottom) I have been going to this salon for years. The service is excellent. If they tell you they do not have an appointment time available for your request, chances are your service is too lengthy to fit between other, previously scheduled appointments. That is something totally out of their control. I was a beauty school student for 3 years and have worked in 2 salons. I know how the industry works. As far as the cut on her toe that she mentions, it is a RARE but nevertheless honest mistake. As long as cleanup is done properly and the technician dealt with the situation appropriately, there is no reason to go all "angry white lady" on this place. They do a beautiful job AND they follow PA issued sanitary regulations. If they didn't I would not waste my money or my time writing this review and would be standing right with Linda K. If you want to get your nails done and you can't wait to make an appointment, go pay $60 for a shitty set at Tropical Salon next to the ACME and quit complaining about "erratic behavior" because we know that one is probably a racially charged comment anyways. read more

I frequented this salon when it was listed under Salon by Kim. The salon changed its name to T-Ha, however, the same principals are there along with the same address. The name change was to comply with some regulations per the owner. At first the erratic personality of the male owner was somewhat engaging but became quickly oft putting when the gamesmanship began of playing fast and loose with appointment times. I would always call for an appointment and they lost one of my appointments. Second time they had no time for me on a Wed, Thursday,Friday only on a Saturday. I requested a friend call and she was given an appointment on Wed when they supposedly had no time. These issues with appointments coupled with poor performance that resulted in being cut during a pedicure resulted in my poor performance score. The good areas of the salon were that it seemed clean, it was being renovated, and they offered beverages. read more

I am so glad this place was recommended to me! First you walk in and you can tell it's clean and safe. They offer you something to drink and have a little candy dish. Tony has the best personality and always makes you laugh!! But make sure you make an appointment because they want to make sure each and every customer gets the proper care! read more
