The coin machine does not return change. If you put a bill in the machine it will give you a store credit for the amount of the bill you put in the machine. If you do not intend to spend 10 or more do not expect change in return because the machine will only give a store card credit to use the whole amount in their laundromat. That is if you decide to use cash. Additionally, the "change" machine charges you 2.00 just to get the store card for their machines. I am giving them my cash to wash clothes and they are charging me to use my cash on them, what is up with these people. So even if you did not use your credit they will charge you 2.00 for putting your money or credit card in their machine and forced to get the store card. If you use your credit card I suppose it gives you the option to choose the amount to charge. The prices are too high, in my opinion. The washers are preset to only wash your clothes for 22 minutes. Nine dollars or 8.79 for a 22 minute wash is not acceptable especially after the "change" machine charged me 2.00 for me to use my money on your laundromat. You should be paying me for being a customer not charging me just to use my money on your laundromat. It's not your money to bargain with and choose how it will be spent. Besides, once you put your card in the machine you cannot cancel if you change your mind or if you choose you don't want to use the machines or pay the extra 2.00 charge just to get their store card. Too late, if you put your card in their "change" machine, it will automatically, without your option to choose to accept, charge you 2.00. This may be something to ask the better business bureau if it is legal to take the extra charge without giving the customer the option to choose. If you have two loads to wash you will spend almost 20.00 just to wash. The lady there does not speak English and was very rude to English speaking individuals. She simply said no to everything I said and walked away. Then turned around and was very smiley face and courteous to a Spanish speaking person who walked in speaking Spanish. Wow!!! Super clean!! Staff so nice and helpful!! I was in Salinas for work and needed to wash my clothes. Lol! That's what a week in Hotels does. So I was looking for somewhere to wash my clothes. I will not go here again BUT...This is the nicest and cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. They have plenty of machines for such a small space and their dryers dry very quickly! There is a man that opens the laundromat who is very friendly and helpful. I have visited this place 3 times and have been extremely happy until today. There is an elderly Latina woman who works there or owns the place and is extremely mean. She yelled at me for several minutes in Spanish (I am white and speak marginal Spanish) about the pet hairs left behind in the washer from my load. She then followed me around and watched to see exactly what I was pulling out of the dryers and inspecting them afterwards while throwing me mean glances. I cannot believe that someone would treat a customer that way, in any line of business. Because of her age I simply apologized and tried to clean up after myself but she was on a rampage. Doesn't she know that this is part of using a laundromat? I use scent free laundry soap and softener but I could have complained that all of my laundry comes out smelling like cheap, flowery soaps and dryer sheets. I don't though because I have used laundromats most of my 54 years and that is just the way it is when you use shared washers and dryers! I will never go there again. read more

Do not go here!! The little elder lady that works there is sooo mean, she follows you around and oddly watches you wash your laundry. She's so rude and yells and everyone if they "aren't washing THEIR own laundry correctly". I've never been treated so poorly at a laundromat. I will definitely being going elsewhere where I am treated with respect and good service. read more

I have never been treated so bad. Roaches are treated better than I was at this place. First the attendant acted like she didn't speak English then when I spoke Spanish she said I quote " I can't help you". Then she would not give me a receipt when the payment booth said to ask her. She moved my personal items and thru them at my machine even though they weren't in no ones way. I live in da hood and she treated me like I lived behind this place. Embarrassing is all I can say for who ever owns this place. I was able to finish my two load witch cost 5.50$ to wash and 5$ to dry. 20$ to wash two small loads. Best laundromat I've been to , New Clean great customer service , they're drop off, pick service I heard is awesome too ! The weekend opens at 5am which is perfect for me because I'm an early bird. They sell laundry soap , softener , bleach and snacks . Starbucks is across the way as well as the gym , buffalo wild wings , whatever your into . I love it here and doing laundry for 6 kids , I'm there often .. such a great place. read more

I am Linda and I can't believe how I was treated at. Linda's laundromat I was told by an very rude interpreter that the owner the older lady that was there did not want to serve me anymore because I was rude I asked the older lady if the big washer was finished or they were going to start it so I would know how much longer I have to wait so the older women went to ask the lady and she came and started the washer and that was it. soon after a lady came to the laundromat and they started talking about me when they were done I asked them now to be talking about me and she said the lady told her I was bugging the lady to do something with her clothes that's a lie because I really don't speak Spanish well enough to say all of that and she said I am trying to be the boss I can't even communicate with her she also said she will put up a sign in English that will say she has a right to refuse service to anyone then I said I will talk to the owner to explain she said you see the owner so I said then I will not come back to a place where they lie on me I really could not defend my self because I don't speak fluent Spanish. I feel I should have had some one speak for me . I also have a card they use and it has money on it but I could not get my money back because the old lady would not be able to understand me. read more
