I have mixed feelings about this place. It's clean, there aren't a lot of people asking you for money, it has 2 old school arcade games, and most of the machines work. Every time I come with out fail one machine doesn't do what I expect it to. Today for instance I did towels and some darks. The towels went into a super washer and they got clean. My darks went into a double wash and they did not. The driers are hit or miss. My towels are taking for ever even tho I split the load between 3 driers. My darks dried so fast I thought the drier was a super drier so I put some of my towels into that unit.... As I am folding my darks I smell them and they do not even smell like tide. They don't smell DIRTY but they certainly don't smell fresh and clean. This happens usually with one load every time. I can't explain it. Another thing is they are wrinkled af. In my experience clothes should not come out of the drier wrinkled... I mean I used to put wrinkled clothes in the DRIER to quickly UNWRINKLE them. So I don't know. I will try one more time next week before deciding to go some where else. Reg wash $5.25 for the smaller machines. And up if you want a better wash. $8.75 for the super washer. Yes, yes, yes! We came to Monterey after a few days in Yosemite and rather than paying a fortune for laundering service at our hotel, they recommended this wash and dry. I think the pricing It's $22.50 for anything less than 10 lbs. We had about 11 lbs and I paid less than $25. We dropped off around 9am and had it picked up by 4pm. The place is always clean, the washers and dryers always working great. Good price per load. Safe environment for my child. I love coming here. I expected better from the reviews. The place was pretty clean for a laundromat. It was small and crowded and the aisles were narrow. Everyone was in everyone else's way. My clothes didn't seem to come out as clean as they do elsewhere. They have a change machine and the machines only take quarters. Not much seating. They have about five high capacity washers, tons of regular siz3, front load washers, and some high capacity dryers. We were able to wash sheet and a blanket on high in the dryet in only 30 minutes at $.25 per five minutes. We easily washed a queen size comforter in the high capacity wash. The high capacity wash was $7.50 for regular wash or $7.75 for a heavy wash. They also offer a delicate and quick wash. Lots of holding space,wire basket, a couple of change machines, soap vending machine and an ATM machine. Plenty of parking. The customers were all polite, and they were to get their business done. Not many places to sit but they do have Ms PacMan and a pinball machine. Overall, they generally was a good experience in terms of doing laundry. read more

This is from what I've seen the best laundromat around the area. It's clean and convenient. They also do drop in service if you're on the go and need laundry service. Best option for those who don't have access to laundry facilities at home or for those who need a large capacity washer... everything is VERY clean, well lit, and safe. There's plenty of parking & a variety of wash/dry options, including a laundry service onsite. All machines are in good working order & sanitized frequently. Staff is pleasant and bilingual. There is room to sit indoors or outside, a change machine, & video games. I've left my things in the machine to dash out to the mini-mart for a snack and to make a donation at the thrift shop next door without worrying that someone will take my clothes. read more

I wrote a review a year ago and gave them 2 stars the why is in my review. Happy to say I can change that review and give them 4 stars. I kept a star because of their hour's. They close at 7pm and open at 7:30 am. I have needed to go a couple of times but would not finish in time. So until I can get the time to get there early enough to finish by 7 my clothes are pilling up. Hope I have my new washer soon. read more

The woman working there was extremely friendly and efficient, parking was easy, service was fast, the price for under 10 pounds of clothes was reasonable, and my clothes came back a day later smelling great. They were even able to replicate my pattern at home of always ending up with one extra mystery sock. I dropped off our laundry for fluff and fold. They apologized for not being able to get it back to us that day, we dropped off our clothes close to 5pm Sunday. They said they said our clothes would be ready today aat 1pm, I came back to pick up the clothes and not only were they ready but my jacket, blouses ,tee shirts and jeans were all hung up and covered. My go-to laundry. Not as close as another, however, it is always clean and very reasonable - $4/wash and $.25 for 6 minutes of dryer time. A nice bank of washers and dryers top-loaders and front-loaders. Wi-Fi, also. The gals are simply top-notch and one of them is determined to make me enjoy folding a fitted sheet! You do laundry here. The washer was $3.75 to get 1 load done. A little pricey and it cost more to do extra rinse or hot water. Dryers were .25 for about 3 min. The lady who worked here was able to take all my nickels and dimes and give me quarders. That was awesome! While you wait they have 1 TV, 1 pinball game (elvis) 1 60 in 1 video arcade in the back. Plenty of candy machines and a cool gum ball machine. Then place was very clean inside and the washer and dryer all looked well maintained and clean. read more

Always clean and well staffed. It can get busy in the afternoon. Last wash is at 6pm, they close everything up and let you finish up. A little pricey, but I found most of the laundromats in Monterey to be expensive compared to prices in San Jose. read more

I can't say enough about Bobbette Randazzo. I came in and she remembered me from so many years ago. Our home washing machine would not spin our blankets. I dragged them in a laundry basket to her establishment. She was so kind. We had fun catching up about our lives. In the meantime she spun them and took them out to my car. What an Angel! We were in the road for vacation coming from Yosemite. They provided excellent customer service and same day wash and fold. Since we had a lot of athletic gear from hiking, we asked for no softener and low dry. They accommodated and provided same day service. We dropped laundry close to opening and it was done by 11am. I used the front loader machines(not the HE ones) at 3.25 a load took 25 mins each. Hope the dryers are as fast and efficient. They do have HE machines, located in the back. I noticed the reg top loaders are $2.50 Also noticed the mat was pretty clean as clean as you would expect. read more

I remembered coming here as a child with my father. So when we needed to do some heavy duty washing all at one time, instead of wearing out our washer and dryer at home, we came here. Sad to say lots had changed and not in a good way. The place is filthy and the customer service is horrible. Machine kept jamming and apparently it happens a lot since there were two other machines out of order for the same reasons. There largest machine didn't take as much clothing as the other laundry place I went to did and it cost 50 cents more, $5.25. There double was also $3.75 and the small ones were $2.50. The one thing that was nice was that it had a sink to wash your hands... Though they didn't provide paper towels to dry your hands just a towel that EVERYONE used. Eew. All and all probably never going to come here again. read more
