If you value your articles of clothing, avoid this dry cleaners at all cost!!! I brought a football jersey to them to dry clean. This jersey held immense sentimental value being it was the last Christmas gift my son had given to me before he passed. I dropped off my jersey. The owner had me sign the front of my dry cleaning slip on a line she drew..... not once did she explained what I was signing for. I picked up my jersey approximately 6 days after the drop off only to find it was completely ruined. The numbers on the front and the back of the jersey looks like it has blue dye all over them and then ironed in. The jersey is completely ruined and I can never wear it again. Her only response to me was..." if it was so sentimental why did you bring it here?"...DUH!! BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANER!!! She had no empathy and offered no apology whatsoever. She was putting the blame on me for bringing it to her to dry clean. SMH.. so once again, avoid this establishment at all cost, I wouldn't even trust them to dry clean my dog sheets after this experience. read more

Horrible service and RUDE owner !!!!!!!! Took in a sweater to be cleaned. I picked it up and brought it home. I didn't use it until a few weeks later and when I took it out of the bag it had shrunk horribly. I know this because I bought the same 3 sweaters in different colors at the same time @ Macy's. I brought the shrunk sweater in along with one of the others. I explained the problem and she became all defensive and said she didn't see any difference. I had shrunk at least 4 inches from the bottom and that was clear when you put the other sweater next to it. She started blaming Macy's saying that their clothing is known to not be very good. She said she takes no responsibility for clothes that are not good quality. She was rude and hateful. This woman could have cared less that she had ruined the sweater. She constantly talked over me and her attitude stunk. I told her that I would report her to the Better Business Bureau and she said she didn't care who I reported her to. Hateful, Hateful woman Never go to this shop unless you want something ruined. read more

I had 10 pair of pants that were outdated silhouette (baggy) The Manager looked at them and gave me the most reasonable price and service I could ever hope to find. I highly recommend this business to anyone. If there were ever a case of lost or unable to clean they would compensate you double whatever the situation. My first time using this cleaner, it won't be my last. Fast, courteous service. Inexpensive. All I needed was some pressing of a blazer to remove wrinkles. As soon as entered I was greeted with a smile. After telling the gentleman working there, what I needed, he said if I had 5 minutes he would do right away. I said sure. I could here steam being used in the back room. In 5 minutes my blazer was back and looked fantastic. I highly recommend this business and will use them again for clothing items that require more care than I can do at home. read more

This place sucks monkey turds. I can't believe how I was duped out of $100 my first time there. I have desperately been searching for a cheap yet reputable dry cleaner in this forsaken city and a cashier at a clothing store suggested I try them for both of those reasons. Thinking that I finally found peace of mind (and hopefully wouldn't have to spend $50 on two pairs of pants and a couple of dress shirts) I took my big bag of clothing over. The lady behind the counter added everything up and said it would be "18" and ready in two days. I go back to get it all and she asked me for $100! I was like WHOOAAA now, you said 18 when I dropped it off. She said "Oh, 18 was your ticket number". What a cow....I will never go back. I hate dry cleaning.... read more

I completely agree with the first review of this place. SO expensive, and the folks behind the counter not the friendliest. One day I went to pick up my 3 items, and saw the ticket - $19. All of a sudden the dude behind the counter scribbles $4, making the total $23. I looked at him, and he said - oh for hemming. UH, no actually, because the hemming price was included in the original $19 quote they gave me. Whatever. I now go to Save On Cleaners, 35 Plaza Circle. Under $9 for the same items, and it's ready the very next day??! Oh wait - and they're polite and nice?! Definitely the place to go! read more

This cleaners is the worst!!!! First they lost my husband's slacks. Took days to find. When found, they wanted to charge $2.50 to cover a $10 minimum fee on debit card. They overcharge. They are no way a payless cleaners. DO NOT PATRONAGE THIS BUSINESS. read more

My daughters wedding dress, got forgotten and found bunched up in the corner of the garage. Thought it was a loss, it took some time, but they got it looking like brand new again. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work they put into it. read more

I recently got my prom dress altered because the length was too long and the service was incredible. The lady did a clean job on the alteration and although a lot was cut off and the fabric was really fragile, I only paid $40. And that's not the end of it! I was able to pick up my dress after just two days. I strongly recommend this place for anyone that needs dress alterations. read more

Please avoid this place. I had a very horrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone. My clothes had a horrible smell and even had cat hair on one garment.
