We used Greco Electrical Contractors for a few years. Things started out pretty well so we…read morecontinued to use them - they were responsive and the technician who came by to do the work was wonderful. However, as we called on Greco for more and more jobs we felt that they were constantly overcharging us for the services they were providing - using 2 people when the job could've been completed with 1, taking more time because things weren't done right the first time and they needed to fix it. It actually became a joke between my husband and I whenever we received a bill from them to guess how much over our expectations the bill was each time...we probably should've found a better company earlier. To give you an example of one bill that was particularly ridiculous: a delivery company backed into our lamp post so the post needed to be reset and we had Greco do the work since they initially installed the lamp post for us. It was a simple job that took maybe half a day and we were charged $2,735 for it. (We ordered the new post and pretty much the only other materials for the job was 12" diameter worth of cement). I didn't care at the time because the delivery company's insurance was supposed to cover the cost. However, I then had to negotiate with the delivery company because they thought Greco's bill was completely unreasonable. Our last straw came this Fall when we had Greco installing outlets on our outdoor patio. They had completed a similar job the summer before and we had the same expectations for this basic project. This time though, the technician installed the wrong outlets that did not work with our brickwork and he had to come back 2 more times to do it right. A 1 hour job turned into 3.5 hours and of course, Greco charged us for the 3.5 hours even though this was the technician's error. We will never use this company again. The only reason why I gave this company 2 stars is because of one of their technicians, Juan. He was wonderful and when we were able to get him to do the work it was usually done well. I would go to him directly if I could because the owner and the other technicians do not provide much value.

I had this company come out to replace a sub panel, install an EV charger, and run new,…read moreappropriately sized wires from the main panel to an existing panel in the garage (this was in November 2024, just after I aqcuired my house). Communication was hard. I asked for a particular kind of outlet but a different one was installed. I asked that the new conduit run be put through the rim joist but it was put through an existing hole in the concrete I needed to fill. They left a junction box uncovered that was 12 feet high on the ceiling. There was another service they were to perform, but they were in a hurry and said to schedule that for another time. I called, left voice mails, sent text messages and was completely ghosted. Just recently I had solar installed and found out the new run they installed to the basement subpanel didn't include a ground wire which is required by code. The EV charger was supposed to be wired with 2 lines and a ground wire, but they wired it with 2 lines and a neutral wire (neutral is not the same as ground in this case). I tried getting in touch again recently, and the phone number, the website, and even the mobile phone of teh owner Andreas Kuhn all direct to another company. The admin at this other company says they never heard of All Bright nor of Andreas Kuhn. So I don't think All Bright Electric still exists. But in the off chance it does, stay away!
