Weight loss centers is a form of support group and to help your clients succeed in their weight loss journey. Lindora is another form of scheme to lock you into a membership without any other support other than how much more money can you suck out of the most vulnerable individuals. Their hours are bankers hours and offer no help or assistance for those who work longer than bankers hours. Of course when asked if there was other options for a solution so I can continue on my weight loss journey... their response is "ohhhh, I understand" No sincerity but words that were only scripted to make me feel better. No... Lindora Clinic is not helpful. They'll only drain your money. Seek other weight loss options. Social media platforms has many! And it works! read more

The management is terrible. It's poorly managed. You will have to wait an exorbitant amount of time for a quick weigh in and shot. I've walked in for a routine visit and rather than using common sense to get the folks in and out for a quick routine visit, they will happily make them wait for an hour or more while a nurse cares for a new customer and performs all the measurements etc. the management is rude. All the Nurses are great no complaints with them. That's the only redeeming quality about this place. Maria lacks common sense. When you have clients coming in for a LESS than 10 min in and out routine check in to turn them away or tell them To wait for 20 mins to 1 hour bc they have to wait for a nurse who is doing zerona or measurement defies logic and is poorly mismanaged. I agree first come first served makes sense but you also have to take into account efficiency. One of the main reasons I stopped my membership is bc of this issue. Do not sign any contract with Lindora. While I initially experienced some success with their program, I encountered major issues when attempting to lower my membership after 6 months, as promised. Despite scheduling an appointment with their office manager, I was consistently kept waiting for over an hour due to appointments running over time. This happened three times, and was rescheduled over and over, displaying a severe lack of professionalism. When I finally met with the manager, I was informed that prices had increased, and I could only be reduced to $89 per month instead of the original $50-something. Despite agreeing to this, it has now been 4 months, and I am still being charged the original price. Avoid Lindora unless you want to be locked into a year-long contract and deceived when it comes to lowering your membership. Save yourself the headache and stress. read more

Lindora was what I needed to get my life back on track. After I had my twins I thought I would be able to lose the weight on my own. Needless to say all that happened was me gaining more weight! I reached an all time high and realized I needed help. I love the support and daily (M-F) check-ins with the nurses to go over food intake and any other concerns I might have. Also, the daily B-12 shots give me so much energy and focus to get my day done. Remember, I have twins! But I also have a full time job and the B12 shots help. Protein days are a bit tough. No fruit, veggies or grains but they really do help to get your body in Ketosis. I actually don't mind them as much anymore. You start to know what foods to eat during those days and what works for you and doesn't. Also, I buy some of their foods and snacks. Some are better than others but whatever you do like, complement it to with your own food and it's perfect. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Lindora and especially with the staff at this location. Specifically the Lindora Clinic in Valencia, CA on Newhall Ranch Road. Best decision I have ever made. Also one of the hardest things I have ever done. Turning 50 defiantly slowed down my metabolism and nothing was working. I was so frustrated and finally decided to take action about my weight. I joined in July of 2020 and today I can say I have dropped 3 sizes and have lost over 10 inches. My advice is to listen to the staff ; let them help you because they really know what they are doing. You have to stick with the program , follow the meal plans and DRINK WATER. I can't imagine life with out my Lindora family. So the results were amazing. Lindora really works. I wanted to lose 30 lbs but I stopped at 20 since I am very happy with how I looInitially I thought it was expensive but now I believe this was the best investment in myself. The food is not the greatest but the diet becomes easy to follow and preparing your own food becomes easier (even though I don't cook). They always have sales on their food so try not to pay the full price. Wait for the sales specially for the wafers. The staff members are good but not that great. Some are more helpful and encouraging than others but most just go through the motions of getting you in and out. So ask lots of questions because they really don't offer answers unless you ask. Lastly DO NOT Do zerona. They advertise it a lot but I am not impressed with it. (Research and look at other Zerona reviews.... its not permanent and results are minimal if any) read more

This review is for the purchase of Lindora products, not the interaction with personnel for the program. This is a very nice, clean office. Spacious, and products are nicely stored on shelving around the waiting area so you can just walk in and shop. Items are grouped in a logical order. I could have used a carry basket as i went around because some of the boxes are kind of unwieldy, and i was getting a lot. *lol* They are well-stocked and the whole process was easy. It looks like they may have access to a real food delivery company similar to Northridge's office , as I saw some home-made meals in a little fridge. But I forgot to ask about it. Desk personnel is friendly and fairly efficient at checking people out. Parking is ample, and its a fairly easy in and out to get to it. I used to do the program near where i worked in Northridge, but often bought product at the Valencia site off the Old Road because it was convenient. This was my first trip to this office and i really like it. I may just switch to it from now, on. read more

Here team is fabulous, Kat, Sky, Corinne, Michelle... they are awesome. They are supportive and knowledgable. People may say its pricey, but its worth it. You are paying for the expertise of nurses, not a coach. And when you do the program it works. Don't do it if you aren't ready to make a commitment. When you are ready, you will be successful! I read lots of reviews and did research before choosing Lindora. I was pretty sure I could do anything they can do for me, for free. The past few years, I have gone from 135 lbs at 5'7", which I thought was as much as I'd ever weight, to a butt-kicking 165! My doctor had told me to lose ten pounds...ten pounds ago! The weather started to warm up in May, so I shaved my legs and broke out the Summer clothes. Yaaay! NOT. Not a damn thing fit. I had already sized up last year! Sooo, I decided to invest in my health, and went to Lindora. Here's my review so far: The staff is exceptional. Great support, encouraging, always seem so happy to see me! My medical history was reviewed, labs were done, and I was cleared to start at 165-ish pounds. I think a tad more by the time I had my farewell-to-food extravaganza/weekend of indulgence...but I refuse to acknowledge another pound. I'm down 7 pounds in two weeks, and I get to eat every two hours! The menu is not bad. I can eat normal foods, I just have to be strict on my carb intake. That's the most difficult thing for me. I had absolutely no idea how much crap I was really eating. I'm very aware now. I can't wait for next week to see my progress!! I am so appreciative of the staff in the Valencia location. I have been working with Lindora for many years. However now with their new membership program I have to warn everyone Lindora raised their prices with out warning. Apparently they can just do that with out promotion. I called the Corp. Office to get the email I should have received. Telling me about the price change but still I never got it. Tiffany the regional manager was not concerned and honestly did not care. I even tried talking to her about it in person. It's like a time share scam. Very sad. It's not a company that care about their clients. The nurses are nice but the turn around of staff has become too regular. That has made me wonder. I went there because I had about 20 pounds I wanted to lose and I had no will power. They charged me the $1,000 which I had no problem paying. They told me about the 4 day protein diet I had to be on to get into a state of ketosis. I knew I had to eat their pre-packaged food and get weighed in Every day along with getting a B-12 shot in my hip. I started the 4 day protein diet and it was HORRIBLE. The "food" was disgusting and the strange part to me was no fresh fruit/veggies/dairy. Instead it was freeze dried astronaut food that was so I credibly full of what seemed to be preservatives, I was wondering how this could be considered safe dieting. By the third day I was STARVING. I would lay awake at night with my heart racing and my stomach growling, wondering what the hell I was doing. I should mention that on top of this MINIMAL food to say the least, they wanted me to take fat burner AND an appetite suppressant. I have never had body issues or eating disorders, but I swear it could turn a less confidant person into an anorexic which is scary. There was no talk of past diets, no questions about body image/eating disorders, pretty much nothing to make sure this is safe for any person to do. After the 4 days of keto diet I was STARVING and the food made me want to vomit just thinking about it. On the 5th day, I got to switch to "real food". My first meal was supposed to be two egg whites and watermelon. Has anyone see what two cooked egg whites looks like? You guessed it..... NOTHING. I was originally overjoyed that I got "real food" until I realized it was mostly 3oz of fish and a shit ton of lettuce. C'mon! I realize I signed up for this, but as I got deeper into it I realized how unhealthy and unbalanced this diet is. I decided after my two tablespoons of eggs I was done. It just isn't the diet for me. I'm not obese and I'm not going to die because of any health issue. If anything I thought I may die due to lack of nutrition. I tried to get the people at the Lindora In Santa Clarita to perhaps refund me some of the money since I only did 4 days and breakfast with them but alas, all I got was numerous phone calls asking me "what can we do to help you?" My answer- nothing. It's not the program for me. I don't want to come back in so someone can try to convince me starving myself is healthy. I was just looking for a few bucks back and it's pretty apparent it ain't going to happen. Expensive lesson absolutely, but I did learn something about myself. I DO have willpower and I did that 4 days of diet like a champ. I didn't cheat and I kept all of the gross packaged food down. If I can do that, I can learn to eat right and treat my body properly with no ones help but my own. I read more

Absolutely love this program...yes its a bit expensive...BUT if you follow the program..you definitely will lose the weight and the added extra fresh energy is awesome...The staff is awesome and very helpful with the program or any concerns you may have...the office is clean..and love how they decorate for the holidays!.. I like the way you can eat and prepare your own meals...and if your on the run and dont have time to cook..they offer a chef menu that you order and their food is great and an great list to choose from...i have lost over 20 lbs...plus they open at 6:30 in the morning! If there were zero stars, that's what I'd choose. Ladies and gentlemen, if you want to lose weight, DO NOT GO TO LINDORA CLINIC!!! Weight Watchers is better AND cheaper BUT cost is not the reason for this review. I happily joined Lindora in May 2020 after preciously being a member years ago and has fabulous results. However, after losing my job due to COVID-19, there was no way I could afford $159/mo. I called the clinic and explained my situation asking to either be released from the contract OR be downgraded to the $59/mo without having to pay any additional fees, per their contract . I was directed to for pow here I spoke with a Leslie. She has no sympathy or could care less about my situation telling me I has no choice but to continue paying the $159 or downgrade at the 6month mark but I'd then have to sign a NEW contract for another year at $59/mo. I did not like either option in which then asked what would happen if I stopped payment. Leslie coldly informed me I would be taken to collections. I ended up having to sign up to Door Dash to earn money every month to pay the $159 because a) unemployment did not kick in and b) what I had in my savings account had to be used to pay rent, car payments, and other bills. I drive the 30 miles to the Newhall Ranch office last Wednesday to sign a new contract for $59/month and has to pay $59 + $59 signing fee. Livid, I filed a complaint with the BBB and waiting to hear back from them. I check my account today and shockingly notice Lindora charged my account $159. I called the clinic. They tell me to contact corporate. Spoke with someone there who told me to contact the clinic again and speak with the manager. Cindy. Left a message but when she called me back, told me the contract I signed last week did not match my signature from when I signed up in May!. So why didn't they inform me to tell me???? Instead charge me knowing damn well I am still u employed??? I demanded the contract tract be faxed to me as I live 30+ miles and because of their mess up, it is now an inconvenience for me to drive to the clinic . After some back and forth with Cindy. Told her I would be there in the A.M. to resign and demanded a refund !!! Did I mention I don't even go and have t been to the clinic since July 2020??? Yet still being charged AND no one from their office has bothered to call me to find out where I've been. Moral of the story, if you are rich and don't care how you spend your money, then Lindora is the place for you BUT if you're not, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! This place is a joke!! Please do not waste your hard earned money here!! Once you pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars up front, they no longer care about you, when you come in for weigh ins , you will be standing at the desk for 5-10 min with no other clients in sight and they ignore you while they are socializing and laughing among themselves and make you feel like you interrupted their little party. They also push shots on you for faster weight loss even though it was not needed. If you asked them a question in regard to symptoms your feeling ex: constipation ( new onset with program) they reply : I Don't know. Please go to Jenny Craig where they really care .
