I purchased my second car ever from Lindsay Acura, and it was a great experience. My last car was an Acura, and I was looking at Hondas and Acuras in my search for a new vehicle, and ended up at their dealership after being at the Lindsay Honda location for a while. Matt was so kind right off the bat as we were coming in, and was able to help me check out the car I was interested in. He went above and beyond to check on things, answer questions, and make sure the process was smooth. A few hours later I was driving away in my new (used) car. Both Matt from sales and Jamie from finance were responsive in the days after purchasing my vehicle, so I feel supported even though I haven't had any issues so far. I hope I won't be in the market for another vehicle ANY time soon, but I would definitely go back if I had a future need. I definitely recommend this dealership over Honda Marysville where I bought my first car.

We've purchased several vehicles from Lindsay Acura over the years and have nothing but good to say about this dealership. Their sales department is top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Each agent knows a tremendous amount about the vehicles and, if they don't, will provide the information in a short time frame. Also, thankfully, they're not overly aggressive. You will be greeted not long after you arrive, but they'll let you browse to your heart's content until you're ready to discuss your needs. Over the years, I've enjoyed how they take the time to talk to everyone I'm traveling with (namely, my wife and kids) and get to know as much about them as possible. Several of the employees had kids that shared he same school as mine and it was interesting listening to them talk about them. I especially liked that did weekly barbecuing outside on the grill, all day, providing food, drinks and chips for the customers. This ended when The Andersons closed across the street. *sigh* Last week, we took a car in for servicing and were surprised to learn that they were open late hours for servicing. We called in an appointment and they had us in and out in no time. The waiting room was great. It had "theater-type" seats in front of a television with snacks and drinks. They also had two video game stations for the children. This was smart thinking. As far as I'm concerned, this is where I'll always do business. Check it out when you get a chance.

Marc at Lindsay Acura was great. We had a couple hurdles in the process but the entire team stepped up to help.

I bought a rebuilt power steering pump from them at this event last year. When I installed it on my 1974 Plymouth Barracuda it leaked very badly or so I thought it did. I called them up and they paid for me to return it and send me another one. Since I had another old pump that needed rebuilt I sent it along as well. When I received the two pumps I put one of them on the 1974 and stored the other one for future use. The one that I put on the 1974 leaked as well but not as badly. I called them again and they told me to send this one back as well for a replacement and they would pay for the shipping. They assured me that they run all pumps for at least an hour to make sure that they don't leak. After talking with them, I wanted to be sure that it wasn't something on my end that is leaking. I checked everything closely and found that my 51 year old power steering hose would tighten up but would not seat into the pump. After purchasing a new power steering hose there were no more leaks! I did contact them and apologize and admit that the leak was on my end. They were decent about it and I Would do business with them again. I have to hold Myself to the same standards that I held them to and this one was my fault. I give good ratings when it is deserved and bad ones when it is required. If you read my ratings on Metropolitan Restoration Services in Hartleton, PA you would see that I say what I mean and I mean what I say!

I contacted Steer&Gear by phone to order a Mopar power steering gear with the "Modern" firm feel and stops for use with a fast ratio Pitman arm. I spoke to Carmen, who seemed familiar with the application. I was told it would be a few weeks for them to build a gear to those specifications and ship it to me, then I could return my core to them. For my project stage, the timing was okay, so I placed the order. Shortly after that I received an email with my invoice from Linda confirming that it would be a few weeks, and she would call for payment when ready.  About eight weeks later, I had heard nothing yet, and was ready to install a gear, so I contacted them for a status.  I received a reply from Carmen that my gear was in the works and would be read at the end of the following week. I also got a message from Linda stating the same. Over two weeks later, I still had not heard anything and the gear had not shipped. I canceled at this point with Carmen. Oddly, he didn't seem to care. I contacted another company, had a firm feel gear delivered within one week at half the cost and no core required.  The new gear works fine and the other company provided excellent customer service and communication.

Probably the place where you are least likely to find what you are looking for, it was by far the most fun to visit. Vehicles are propped up on old rims and look totally unsafe to be wrenching on from underneath...yet people do. It was also the busiest and most hopping of the bunch I visited. This, I'm sure, explains the lack of parts. Most of the vehicles have been picked to pieces. I found some crushed beer cans out there, and took solace knowing that you can get your drink on while you pick, if you so choose. There were also dirt cheap (AND dirt-Y) vehicles for sale, all of which would need a good cleaning and some fixing up, but for that price, still a deal. Inside, the staff was helpful and witty to boot. I paid a dollar to enter, but was loaned a lug wrench in case I found my part. The parking lot has a food truck, in case you food truck hipsters want to go check out a cart I'm pretty sure isn't participating in any food truck fests.

As I did so, and not with my face pressed to the glass like some kind of weirdo mind you, the following happened. What seemed to be a manager, judging by his dress was inside and as I was walking back to my vehicle I peered back inside the large open window and the gentleman inside shook his head. The same individual walked outside to grab something out his vehicle shortly after about the time of 7:05am, when I attempted to grab his attention, stating and very politely mind you, and I quote ... "My friend, would you mind hollering at me when your doors open ... Need quickly to grab a fuel filter". His pace to his vehicle didn't slow down as I asked this nor did he really acknowledge my question, he turned his head, wave his arms with a cigarette in hand, and responded with a sideways look, "we're open now" it wasn't the verbal response that caused me to pull out the parking lot and drive an additional 10 minutes to an alternate location, but his tone of voice and demeanor were increasingly unfriendly, waving his arms as if he was irritated with me waiting until open. Very poor first impression. Suggestion improve customer service. I know we can be difficult to handle and some need a chair to the face, but it's not difficult to answer a simple question such as the one I had with a little more effort and friendliness. Very very dissatisfied with employee interaction at this location. Maybe he was having a rough day idk. So I am editing this because I felt like returning to that location out of pure curiosity to see if this guy was just having a bad morning and my poor previous review on his customer service skills were not only reaffirmed but even worse. I have one additional comment however. I do not know this man but I so know corporate HR and companies evaluation of current managers and his behavior on this day had to undoubtedly be due to a third party influence. This is the only rationalization I can come to in an attempt to justify our interaction. I say this because no company on planet earth and especially one with checks balances and evaluations, would retain someone who routinely acted like this and if so Auto Zone your corporate structure needs restructured. Improve hiring and retention processes...please
