Administrative management, other than Cloe, is a joke. Supposedly, "Dave" who runs things, but "is a very busy man", doesn't provide a direct phone to his staff, and can only be communicated with via email, isn't responding. Although the repair shop management team committed to reimbursing me for rental car expenses, a remaining balance owed to me has been in limbo. Have rarely ever seen a support staff so flustered over an upstream manager's inability to do their job. Will advise "all" to look elsewhere for your body shop needs along with my Travelers Insurance, AAA, and business associates. read more

As long as I own a Honda I will never take my car anywhere other than Lindsay Auto Body as long as Cody works there. I recently had an accident and decided to take my car to Gerber bc it was recommended by a friend. I usually take my car to the dealer bc they use OEM parts which is the way to go especially if you have a newer car. Gerber not only did terrible work, they caused thousands in additional damages. From the accident I needed suspension work on the front right tire, a new fender and passenger door. While Gerber was fixing this they severed the wires to my airbag system just to name one of the many things they did and lied about it. I ended up needing a new wiring harness and all other work completely redone. 5 years prior I had hit a deer and brought my car to Lindsay for body work and they did a fantastic job. I've never had any problems since. Gerber tried to pass their mistake off onto the business who previously worked on my car (Lindsay Honda). I called Lindsay to ask some questions about what Gerber was doing and the manager Cody called me back. He was very transparent and guided me in the right direction. I had my car towed from Gerber to Lindsay where Cody inspected my car of the damages. He looks for every little detail which in my opinion makes him the best at what he does. If it wasn't for his help I don't know where I would be with my car. I was able to better navigate advocating for myself with the insurance company and upper management of Gerber. After all said and done, 4 months in total, my car has finally been fixed properly and I didn't have to pay thousands out of pocket bc of the corruption coming out of Sheir Rings road Gerber location. I haven't had much luck over the years with car shops especially as a woman. If you are looking for honest work where you can trust that your car is in safe hands, take your car to Lindsay. I am beyond grateful for Cody. He didn't have to go above and beyond to help me, but he did. He is an honest person who cares about the customer and fights for what's right. Lindsay Honda is very lucky to have such a valuable asset to their company!! If the world had more people like him, it would be a much better place. read more

I went by to get an estimate on May 23rd. The lady took pictures and said they will email me the estimate later In the day. I did not receive an estimate so the next day I called following up and was told there was no total on the estimate and the estimator was off sick for the day. I was told she would email the estimator. I never heard back so I called again on May 30. I was told there was no estimate yet and she would contact a manager. Today is 2 days later, June 1st and I still have not heard back with and estimate. They have my phone number and email address. Another auto body shop gave me a written estimate the same day I visited. I was hoping to get one from Lindsey auto body because I have a Honda and usually use their auto service department, plus the location is convenient. I also tried to reach them several times via their website and it wasn't working so I was unable to connect with them through that tool. This poor customer service is unacceptable and I would not recommend reaching out to them. read more

Lindsay auto body had my vehicle for several weeks as they worked with a very difficult insurance company to get things taken care of and they were awesome! the staff at lindsay auto body were patient, nice, and did everything they could to speed things up! I took my 2021 Acura TLX SH-AWD in for an estimate for bumper damage. I received it via email and it seemed much more than expected. I had two other estimates to compare it to and it was the most expensive. I tried to contact them with some specific questions but the estimator never called back. Because they carry the Lindsay name (I've been a loyal Lindsay Acura customer for many years), I went ahead and submitted the quote to my insurance company. They called me and said the quote was most certainly padded. It's not unusual for a body shop an insurance company to face off against each other. The insurance company submitted its own estimate to Lindsay to see if a middle ground could be met. They made several phone calls (left messages) and emails to Lindsay but could not connect. After several weeks, I went to yet another body shop with whom I had dealt in the past. It was where the dealer had recommended their customers go. Their estimate was actually the most reasonable of all. Apparently, the Lindsay shop is "Lindsay" in name only as I was told the actual owner is a chain not based in the area. Be forewarned regarding their very poor customer service and expensive costs. NOT recommended. read more

My wife's Honda was damaged in a hailstorm. I decided not to use the insurance recommended repair shop. Instead I chose Lindsay Auto Body, putting my trust in the Lindsay name and reputation. We dropped the car off the first week of June, and are patiently waiting for it to be returned to us. After it's back in our possession I'll update this review and rating. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The car was returned to us July 24th. I'd delayed a bit finishing the review to provide time to see if any issues came to light after the repair. Only one item so far had to be corrected, the garage door opener. When I called about it, Ed said to bring it in right away. He had the opener fixed in less that ten minutes total. The hail damage had been extensive...$10,000 worth. Given that amount of damage and repair, I have to say the car exterior looks new. No visible sign of dents. The paint seems to be flawless. Except for the extended time in the shop and a bit of communication difficulty with our insurance co. all was done in a very professional and skilled manner. I'll also mention they were aware of and took many extra precautions for Covid-19 protection. Even though they are a somewhat new business in Columbus, the collaboration of DCR and Lindsay is a winner. I'd gladly refer someone to them. read more

Extremely unprofessional. First, took my car for an estimate and it took 5 days to get response back from them. Then they couldn't find the photos that they took. While working with my insurance, they were difficult to get anything or any information back from them to the insurance company. My adjuster called multiple times to get them to upload pictures and estimate. After completing repairs, they held the car hostage because they added an additional $400 worth of charges not on the original estimate. They did not attempt to get these cleared with the insurance company. Some of these bogus charges included a $50 cleaning fee, $10 to test the lights, $50 to road test the car to see if they fixed it correctly. In my opinion, they basically committed insurance fraud! Extremely unprofessional, fraudulent and horrible customer service. I will never do business with them again and will let make sure I tell people about how poorly run this business is. read more

Got my car repaired when they first open and it came out excellent. Great repair facility along with an amazing staff!

Very good service at this facility they take pre cautions with the COVID 19 and provide excellent customer service. Would recommend!
