Gravy is dog reactive, so I was apprehensive about boarding him with other dogs. The staff there have been amazingly accommodating with him, and there's never been a major incident. When one minor incident did occur, to no fault of the staff, they called me immediately to let me know what was going on. Gravy seems genuinely excited to get dropped off there, and the staff seems to love him. The photos they take of him each day reassure me that he's having a fantastic time. I can't imagine going to another boarding facility.

We have a 4 year old Great Pyrenees mix and he was in rough shape. But thanks to Dogz Gone Wild, they fixed him right up! I'm sure long haired dogs aren't the easiest to groom, especially when their undercoat is a bit matted like Teddy's was. He looks absolutely amazing now though! He came home happy and looks like a brand new dog. The staff is so friendly and communicate really well. We were updated the whole time. They took the time to really care for our dog and did a thorough job. We can't wait to see them in 8 weeks when Teddy goes back!!

Danielle Basciano reached out and was able to set up an initial consultation (one of which she had to cancel and reschedule). During the consultation(via zoom) her connection was absolutely horrendous. Most of the call I couldn't understand her or there was a significant lag/glitch. During the call I started to take notes but she told me that wouldn't be necessary as she would send a full plan of her recommendation on how to treat the situation with product recommendations and a week by week plan with instructions on how to move forward. She also said she would be readily available throughout the process if I had questions or follow ups. So I waited a week giving her the benefit of the doubt. I then reached out multiple times to follow up on the material/plan and was absolutely ghosted by this business. It's now been six months and I received nothing. This business is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. I am in process of filing a claim with my bank. Other customers thinking of using this business be warned!

When I stopped in, I got to meet and pet sweet Elsa, which was the highlight of my day. She's a very calm and friendly good girl. The shop is in North Syracuse on Main Street, near a bunch of other businesses. If you don't know where you're going, you can easily pass it by because the signage sneaks up on you. There's a little lot on the side. When you walk in, you immediately see a case stocked with fancy dog treats. There were some shaped like tacos and cannolis and other adorable things, and many were Easter-themed. I couldn't resist packing up a couple to bring to my family's dog for my Easter visit. The pooch's reaction is to be seen, but I'm sure she'll be stoked. I asked the owners if they made the biscuits in house, but learned their delivered in from a boutique doggie bakery. There's a wide variety of cat and dog supplies here, at various price points. I'm not the sort to splurge on pet food, but if you are there are a lot of organic options. However, there's also a pretty wide and interesting variety for such a small store, and as I mentioned, there's items that fit with various budgets. This is a cute spot, and I think it's nice to support local rather than always buy from the big box pet stores. I'd come back, and I'd certainly send any animal lover this way.

Totally understandable because of COVID-19. When my fiancé dropped off, the staff was friendly & attentive. The prices were reasonable and my two boys came out looking very spiffy. Only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was how they trimmed my corgis butt, but that is mainly a personal preference. Their nails were trimmed nicely and evenly. They even got little ties to finish off their looks! I'll definitely be going again!
