Wedding reception, the bride requested a slush margarita machine. Event started at 5:00, SCB arrived at 3:30 to set up. We were told it would take 1 hour before it was ready to serve. I called SCB at 5:30 because not only was it not ready, it was still liquid turning, and not one sign of frost or ice. SCB arrived at 6:00 and said the machine wasn't cold enough. By 7:00 you can see that it was starting to work, but still not ready. By 8:30 we were able to pour the first drink. The event ended at 9:00. A complete failure. IF you decide to use SCB, but sure they do not leave until the machine is ready to serve. read more
