Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

Lucky for me I came across this awesome salon with and even more awesomer (if that could be a word) hair dresser!! Jennifer was so nice, professional, easy going with most amazing color skills. I had a super ugly and faded balayage , my ends were hay-like dried and my hair was in such need of attention. Jennifer cleaned me up, applied a super awesome color on my mane and cleaned up my ends ever so nicely!! Originally I had asked to "just chop it all off!" She asked if I really wanted to cut my hair that short and of course the answer was no but I just didnt think my hair could be brought back to life. Well ... she worked wonders!! I have been to countless tried and failed "blonde specialists" before I found Amy, and it was only until I found her that I discovered true hair zen. With her skill and thoughtful attention to my wants and needs, we achieved the "lived in blonde" I've always wanted without damaging my hair. Not a huge deal, but the more annoying part is that her salon has 2 chairs and her fellow hairstylist thought it was appropriate to vape continuously throughout the appointment while she waited for her client's hair dye. Vape all you want outside, but in a business contained in a small room without windows, I think at a minimum you should ask the people there if they are okay with it.
