I was coming back from Mammoth with my travel trailer and I blew out two tires 30 miles from Ridgecrest. We brought the tires to Teresa's Tire shop and Ray was incredible. We asked him for two new tires and needed them mounted asap. Knowing we were in a dangerous situation on the 395 Highway having to change out the tires he had them ready to go within 20 minutes. Let me tell you, this shop is a solid shop. Clean and very professional. I broke down on 395 was towed to them by 2 pm. checked out and parts on the way within 15 minutes of arrival. This shop has advanced alignment capabilities. Ray is also very knowledgeable about how each alignment spec will affect the car. I took my project car in for an alignment. They did a fantastic job. I had all 4 tires replaced on my 2008 Corvette. This shop has all the modern equipment for safely raising the vehicle, removing the tires from the rims, mounting new tires, and balancing. I observed that the technicians know what they are doing, are efficient, and competently programmed the new sensors which I had not replaced since the vehicle was new. I test drove the vehicle afterwards up to maximum highway speeds and the balance was perfect. I was in and out in an hour. Not a discount shop, but worth every penny - my previous tires were nearly 14 years old. read more

We were traveling through in our mercedes sprinter campervan when we stopped at another shop because we thought our tire valve was leaking. They discovered our rim had a crack and said they could not help us. We called Ray who told us to stop by. He spent all day trying to locate a replacement rim on a Friday in order to get us on the road again. He even let us take his Shop truck to get lunch and do a few errands in town. He eventually had "the best welder in town" pick our rim up and repair it. After spending all day trying to help us he only charged us what the welder charged and a small fee for unmounting and mounting our tire. I have never been treated so well and felt cared for so completely by a business. They went above and beyond what is expected. Anyone should feel completely comfortable with giving them their business. read more

Clean and organized shop with a nice staff. Had several aging tires repaired in about an hour. I did some post estimates after all said and done and spent more than I should have due to time constraints but an important tip is to know what size tire you need and call beforehand. All relevant information is on the sidewall of your tire. Size and date of manufacture are helpful to know. While arriving at my destination and thoroughly inspecting the tires, I discovered 2 of the tires had date markings that were slightly older but appeared to be in great condition. Something they failed to mention was the warranty as well. With that said, my overall experience here was satisfactory. I would not hesitate to come here again if I was pressed for time. read more

I've had some bad tire luck lately with 3 blown tires in 2 weeks (none in the 25 years before). Teresa's Tire & Alignment has been incredibly helpful through it all. Yesterday, Ray spent extensive time with me looking at my tires and troubleshooting. While towing our 5th wheel on Hwy 14 we started having a low pressure alert. We immediately looked online to see if there was a tire shop that could help. We called Theresa's and were told to come on in. They literally dropped everything to help fix our tire, replacing the damaged tire with the spare and putting the repaired tire as our new spare. Coming from San Diego CA where there is 100s of tire shops, I didn't have high expectations for a town like ridge crest to have quality shops. We pull into Teresa's with our Dually Ford f450 ( a real heavy duty truck) and noticed right off the bat- this place is CLEAN. There was a young man who came and assisted us right away. We called earlier in the day to see when we could get our tire patched on and put back on the rim and man- did this guy get it done in a timely manner. He was professional, obviously well trained, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Even offered us cold water! He got the job done, although it might be simple for a man like himself, he worked with that tire in ways most tire shops in bigger cities wouldn't even consider. I can ramble all day about how impressed I was with his work and how much it seemed like he wanted to be there at his job. That's rare! But the detail I noticed more than anything was how well kept the shop was. The boss keeps her expectations HIGH when it comes to cleanliness at her shop! It was beautiful, well kept, and just simply pleasant to look at. I applaud you guys for the service we received and for the professionalism you guys show in your beautiful shop. Thank you!
