It had the original cabinets from the 1970s. The shelves weren't even, and there was barely any counter space to work with. We knew we wanted to replace all the cabinets, get quartz counterop, and upgrade the layout to be more functional. We called another competitor first, and they quoted us that the bare minimum of what we were asking for would be over $45,000, which was more than twice our budget. When we met Bill, he wasn't pushy or salesy. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, and he was able to meet every expectation. It took about 8 weeks for our cabinets to come in/be made. Immediately after that, Joe and the crew came and completed our kitchen renovation within 2 weeks. My partner and I work from home, and the renovation did not disturb our workflow at all. We'll definitely be working with them again in the future when we update our bathrooms!

The entire process of working with Home Depot was an absolute nightmare from the beginning. Once we FINALLY got our cabinets installed, we had their countertop people come in and measure. At that time, they said it would be 2-3 weeks max. After the 2 weeks had passed, I called the company to see when they would be scheduling the installation and was told that they did not know when we would get our countertops as the stone was still sitting on a boat. No ETA, no "I'm Sorry's" just miserable customer service. This is at the end of Nov. The process started with Home Depot in Aug. They ruined my Thanksgiving holiday and were about to ruin my Christmas holiday. I called them to tell them I wanted a refund on my countertops and that I would find another company to install them. They told me no one would have it or get it installed in time, but I could do it if I wanted. Well, I was referred to Preferred Marble and Granite and from the date of my call to instillation it was less than 1 week...AND....it was cheaper. They did a superb job with measuring, cutting and installing my countertops. I cannot recommend them enough. For any project you need done, I cannot urge you enough to work with them. They are fantastic, starting with customer service and ordering all the way through the follow-up of the finished result. You cannot go wrong with them.

The salespeople sit at their desks in the back of the room and if they are not expecting you, they don't move or engage you. We had an issue with our granite order and had to select another slab. Our salesman would not even work with us, but directed us to the warehouse and then left. The other salespeople would not help because we were not their customers. What's a customer to do? My advice? Go somewhere else if you want good service.

From sales consultant Alex and Brittney, measurements tech Euli, the owner Loranzo, the fabricating technician who took pride in matching up pattern on backsplash and the installer Mike who took so much care that the countertop sit so square and level and I can hardly see the seams in the middle of sink! How nice it is to work directly with the fabricator instead of going through a third party vendors. Besides the excellent work they do, their price is also super competitive! I loved the look but not the price. I was driving by and found this shop. I went inside and met Brandon he showed me their granite selection, they had fewer choices but they had a sample that looked almost identical to the one we wanted. Brandon said I would be happily surprised by their quote. I sent them our dimensions and boy was he right. They offered a much more affordable price. Needless to say we placed our order, the gentleman came out and measured the space. Within days they were giving us an installation date. Ryan and Austin called and were here within half an hour. They brought in the granite, drilled a couple holes for faucet and garbage disposal button and installed each countertop. We needed a couple pieces throughout our kitchen, they did a great job making sure the process went smoothly and without making a mess. They made everything was cleaned and installed properly. We believe that in order to keep their costs down, they tried to install cabinets and countertops in our home that were NOT the size and color we ordered--possibly belonging to another customer. We even told them in advance which brand and size appliances we would buy. We asked for a "built-in" look to accommodate our 30" wide fridge and stove. The cabinet over the fridge is way too wide for our 30" wide fridge. Worse, they tried to blame us for the mix-up. We did NOT do our own measuring, NOR did we order our own cabinets. We had to cease installment until new materials
