He said he would be there in an hour...I tried to have patience and said I would go get lunch and they said he would call. Call never came. I returned over an hour later to find nobody there. Absolutely horrible business. If you have to step away, at least have the courtesy to call the customer before they waste their time.

Although he does not generally work on electric mowers, he immediately found an external wire that came loose, firmly reconnected it to the motor, and had the mower running in less than 10 minutes.
